This hotel has no elevator, so this may be an issue for older travellers. The driver, T, in charge of our airport pick-up and a 1-day private trip to Ninh Binh outwardly demanded for tips at the end of the trip. However, the location of this hotel is at a walking distance to various souvenir shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions. We had no problems with Grab services too.

The room is clean and the service is good also.
