I booked 2 rooms one week in advance, we checked in 6pm and the receptionist told us that only one room is available. Other room has aircon problem. I do understand that but receptionist looks so unprofessional on dealing with this problem. (He did not even prepare another hotel for us before we arrive) he called his mgr, and so they decided us to move (not planned at all) I can understand if we just book on that day, but this?? One week in advance. And they moved us far from the embassy which cost me x2 for my taxi. The purpose why I chose this hotel because so near in the embassy, they moved far.
