タオルはお風呂場のバスタオルのようなものです。掃除に来ることはありませんでした。それ以外は、すべて問題ありません。

受付準備ができていません母は部屋の掃除に来ませんでした。私はそれを報告しましたが、誰もそれを世話するために来ませんでした。非常に悪い。顧客の世話をするのはまったく困難でした。

Had a great time at CGA Casa! It's a quiet place and still very centrally located in Bangkok. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean and convenient. Will be back some day.

The location of this apartment is near central areas but 15mins walk to public transportation. I had a very bad experience staying there. There were no attendants but on security guards doing the work without any English speaking people. The AC is leaking and not cold at all. The room starts to heat up around 9am and is just horrible all through the night. The hardwood floors have cracked and it seems the facilities are poorly maintained. Water water heater does not give you full hot water. We have no one to complain about our problems and no directions given either.

The room is awesome and clean. No room cleaning services. The swimming pool is disgusting. One guy works at the reception and he's barely on his desk.

The room is OK but the AC is not cold, the TV is not working. No front desk available.

It 's very nice and calm but the need to provide microwave in the room.

Very clean and spacious. But they shud provide water drinking in the room and clean the room everyday.
