I stayed for 4 nights but the hotel has no water at all. We have to go to nearby public toilet to use the toilet and we unable to take shower properly. We have to use the mineral water for 'wuduk'. We can accept if the hotel didn't have the water for 1 day but for 4 days still no water, this is so unaccepted and no make senses. The aircond and tv also didn't work properly. The receptionist didn't help anyway. At midnight, the sound from the conversation between the staff was very noisy and we unable to sleep well. The location is good but not the services provided by this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed.

The room is clean, air condition, the receptionist is friendly... But no TV .. the rest are ok, good for people who stays only for short term

It's dirty. Too cold and the bathroom is not properly clean. At the same, the bathroom is easily flooded. The location on the map is not thr same as the real location. They should change it. Because it's much worse than the picture.

Rapid バス停に近いのでアクセスしやすく、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。

Have problem upon check in but staff solve faster. Nearby food court Padang Brown and police station. Overall ok.
