I did not stay in Villa Gita Ayu as it was overbooked and I have not been informed at all until me and my friends come to check in. Their management failed to find another villa replacement and refuse to compensate at first. Bad management and services. The staff is rude and don't know the services knowledge, how to satisfy the customer.
