総合評価とレビュー Favila Condotel Unit at 101 Newport Boulevard

The place was nice. For some people, the name could be misleading. I tried to find"Favila Condotel", but nobody knows about it. If you decided to stay in this place, you should ask for"101 Newport Boulevard" and tell the receptionist you're staying at Favila 's unit.

Since we were a group of 3, we were given a spacious room. Room was equipped with necessary amenities, dining table, ref, microwave, and 3 double beds. We only stayed overnight for work. Overall, its value for money. I could recommend though that prior to check in, owner should have asked electronic copies of necessary docs such as valid ID and vax card.

Parking is a big issue here... other than that was good;)

No hot water for shower, towels were cheap and wouldn't absorb water. Was a condo and not a hotel room so no basic needs supplied like you find in most hotels. Room had a bleach smell from cleaning I gather, was a bit strong on the nose. On good side was close to terminal 3, shops etc but was looking on app for a hotel room not a condo just for a quick one night stay over.

It wasn’t exactly “Unsatisfying”, but it wasn’t “awesome” either. The hotel lobby was clean and attractive but the staff were talking loudly across it to each other: they shouldn’t do that when guests are present. It cheapens the ambience. They were very nice and helpful, though. The bedding of the Condotel was tacky (leopard print) but clean. Someone left a wet rag hanging in the toilet, and spiked, used bedroom slippers. The place is really good for a very cheap price. Wish we could stay longer.

The place is conveniently located near the Airport. It has a 24 hour supermarket near it with laundry shops and a wet market as well. The condo itself is clean, neat and orderly. No WiFi signal though very weak and on the last 2 days of our stay we no longer had any WiFi.
