Blanket is dirty and itchy. At room have mosquito and lizard. Lizard voice at midnight is noisy.

Hotelnya bagus. Ranjangnya sesuai perkiraan untuk 3orang. Kamarnya nyaman, tapi memang angin AC kadang kena kepala. Tidak ada kulkas dan teh/kopi, tapi bisa masak air panas. Kamar mandinya bersih. Tapi perlengkapan mandi kurang lengkap, tidak ada shower cap dan tissue. Tapi hari kedua dapet tissue. Kalau sabun dan shampoo ada di container. Jarak ke RS regency lumayan jauh kalau jalan kaki, tapi kalau mau naik grab jaraknya cukup sesuai dengan tarif grab. Overall enak dan nyaman. Makasih.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the employees are friendly, and in the surrounding hotel area it 's easy to find food, but the position of the air condition installation is very non-standard, the position is directly facing the bed, so you wake up with a cold and a headache 😩.

Hotelnya dekat dengan kedai jadi tidak susah untuk cari makan. Dan sebelahnya juga ada spa, jadi recommended deh.

No window,padahal booking superior deluxe room

Our room's water heater was not working well. I was called 3 times the front desk come to check the water heater. Then they don't come to fix it. Just leave it. My mum was not feeling well then go to the nearby hospital but the hotel not provide us hot water. This is ridiculous.

I have a pleasant stay here. The room is simple , clean and I like it. The decoration are unique. I have a very good rest. Even though there is no breakfast provided, they did have a 24 hr coffee/milk tea machine for us to enjoy. The location is very well situated therefore its convenient to find food and buy things. The staff are so friendly and polite. I would recommend this place.

a nice place to stay if you are really tired and don't care about noise coming from Uptown Pasir Gudang (Karaoke) until late night located in front of the hotel.

Hotelnya bagus kok, tenang, dekat banget dari regency hospital dekat sama tempat makan, fasilitasnya juga bagus-bagus. Aku minta freezer untuk taruh asip langsung mereka kasih, jadi ini cocok untuk keluarga. Apa lagi khusus untuk ibu-ibu yang menyusui.

Good service, good location... not too noisy place & cozy interior design

The hotel is new and clean. The family room is very spacious and very comfortable. Location is good because there are so many shops nearby including restaurants and laundry. However, there is a night market with open karaoke and loud music from a night club nearby. The hotel is great but the noises from the market and night club were disturbing since it lasted until around 4 am to 5 am.
