When I arrived, the staffs didn't even know about my booking, they said they didn't receive any information. We managed to get a room eventually but the room was smelly and unprepared. The AC didn't work, they sent a staff to check and told me I needed to wait for the AC to work. I waited, the AC weakly worked and got turned off after few hours later.
