サービスと立地の質が良い、とても良いホテルです

ビーチフロントのリゾートに関しては、使い捨てスリッパとバスローブが用意されていればもっと便利だったと思います。また、ビュッフェにはもっとシーフード料理が揃っていることを期待していました。しかし、全体的には、ここでの休暇は悪くありませんでした。

部屋は素敵、清潔、景色も素晴らしい

私はヘナンに2日間滞在し、マンダリン ベイ ホテルに1日滞在しました。フロントのスタッフは、比較するとヘナンのフロント オフィスはかなり不親切で、チェックインとチェックアウトに非常に時間がかかりました。部屋は広かったですが、あまり清潔ではありませんでした。ホテルへの入り口の道は汚くてでこぼこしていました。正直に言うと、ヘナンは入り口の道をもっときれいにすべきです。ここの良いところは、ビーチにアクセスできることです。

The room was clean and the staffs are accommodating and view was excellent.

Nemuin kecoa kecil di kamar, sink juga mampet. Sungguh buruk untuk hotel bintang 5. Yang menjadi bagus adalah pelayanan makan dan dekatnya lokasi dengan pantai.

Location 4/5. Buffet breakfast 5/5. No laundry bag and slippers during our stay. Room air-con is excellent. Nice sly pool and outdoor pool. Bath tub is a plus!

Overall is a nice hotel, the reception kind of not responded to any request, 1. Water heater responded not working, but until tomorrow no fix, we wait until house keeping come and respond then fix on next day. 2. On check out day, we present the card and wait reception said still checking, until I go up house keeping said done checking, I go down again ask they still said still checking, I don't know what still need checking for us wait 1hrs in lobby. One my friend once again with ask with bad attitude and they immediately check, like no respect at all if we good temper must use bad temper to deal to take it seriously. I don't know who is the one checking reception or house keeping, but this is the first hotel I wait longest to check out.

I booked for one king size bed, they give me twins bed! As per photo the sea view room looks so close to the sea, but actually it 's far away because in front of the room (which stated Seaview) actually is swimming pool, and after pool is restaurant, after that only reach beach and sea, but we are at top floor so still can see the beautiful sea which is very far in front. Water heater can't stand longer, we try to use bathtub but water not heat enough. Nice bed, cozy room! The swimming pool also not as good as photo that can see the sea clearly, too many coconut tree blocking the view, and has a sand block panel in front the hotel which is also covering the view. Location is good, breakfast mostly can eat fruits and bread only if you are vegetarian, not many choices.

- First of all, the room service didn't allow us to borrow an extra glass and a knife to slice the apple ec I bought outside. Simply because I didn't order at the restaurant! Seriously! 👎🏻😡.- Gym-300 per person per 2 hours of use.- requested for a bucket of ice but it's another charge!- wifi is a pc of sh*t! Tried to connect for work but unfortunately, it doesn't connect!- dead spot cellular connection once you enter the room.- booked for long-stay from Apr 4-12 but I regret to book with this property.

I love it! The room is so spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and accommodating plus the breakfast buffet is superb! Love the pool too! Definitely will comeback here with the family!👌

We definitely made the right choice when we booked this hotel for our honeymoon getaway! Our room has the perfect view of the beach and the lovely sunset! The staff was very courteous, warm, and welcoming. Over-all, it was a great experience for me and my husband. We will definitely consider booking our stay in this hotel if ever we visit Boracay again. Thanks Hennan Palm & keep it up!:)

The number provided by Henann is not working and it seems that the customer services kept on hanging up on me. I am fixing my date for Jan 23 and not for today Oct 23. And now I am a no show and lost 15 thousand plus pesos. Not very good customer Service. I kept calling and no one is answering just ringing and ringing.

This would probably be the Henann that I will always book whenever I comeback to the island. Sobrang friendly ng mga staff from reception to restaurant and bar. The skypool is so nice as well.
