寝るにはとてもいいホテルです。でも滞在中に不快な思いをしました。チェックアウトまではすべて順調です。チェックアウトの際、中国人の受付の女の子（日付：2024年6月17日夜）が、私たちの部屋に中国製のスプーンがいくつかあるので8リンギットで支払わなければならないと言いました。私たちはそれを持ち帰らなかったので（何のために？）、そこにスプーンがあることは確かです。空港に急いでいたので、議論せず支払いました。ただ、だまされた気分です。子供用の水着（2着）も紛失したので、受付に電話しましたが、何の対応もありませんでした。直接ルームサービスに頼んだところ、謝罪とともに返却してくれました。残念ながら、その出来事が起こる前は、このホテルにまた泊まるつもりでしたが、この後はそうは思いません。

ハンドタオルには、香港では掃除できない薄い黄色のものが付いていました。50rm 支払う必要があるので、掃除させてくださいと言ったところ、最終的に「今すぐ掃除します」と言われました。しかし、チェックアウトしようとしたら、50rm 請求されると言われました。それで私は言い争いになりました。ハンドタオルさえ 50rm ではありませんでした。高すぎます。1 週間滞在しましたが、こんなことは初めてです。

Ruangannya sangat luas, ada dapur pribadi lengkap dengan perabotan, ada kompor induksi & berfungsi dengan baik, mesin cuci, hairdryer, sabun sampo sikat gigi, handuk lengkap, kamar mandi ada 2, ada ruang tamu yang nyaman, sabun pencuci baju wajib beli, layanan bagus. Terima kasih

I love this place! So spacious room, so clean, co complete (washing machine, toaster, microwave, hot water, fridge, ac in every room, amenities, etc). Absolutely a very nice place to stay. Only 1 thing that hard to find is mini market. There is no market near this property. So, when I went out I need to buy all things I needed. That's all! Thank you Trillion

Great location! The room so spacious.

Spacious, but the master bedroom got smell …. Oven got problem, washing machine got smell as well and the dry mode is not function. Clothes wash via the washing machine got smell and unable to dry. Despite the above issue, overall stay is OK because of spacious and strategic location and good accessibility. Hope can improve on the issue stated here.

Check in process took a long time because all adults need to fill up the declaration forms for covid and for vaccination status. But the receptionist is kind and friendly. He let us check in 1 hour earlier because we brought 5 small kids with us. I stayed at 4 bedroom executive. My goodness I love it. The apartment is spacious and clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils are almost complete. Too bad the pools were closed due to rain. Will definitely come again for my family reunion.
