The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the rooms weren't so great. They smelt a bit musty and the septic smell may have been coming out of the toilet/sink in the bathroom. The toilets and shower didn't work and the water was either yellow or brown sometimes. Maintenance tried to fix them, but it didn't last. The sheets were also torn and stained, as were the towels. The breakfast buffet did have a lot of options, but there were several times the ants took over the sandwiches. The restaurant food was better though and the pool is nice! A lot of people complained that the motorcycles wouldn't take them up the hill, but we had no issues with 5 people. The power went out several times, but came back on fairly quickly. Overall 6/10.

Upon entering the room, we always check the Bed Linens if they're fresh and new, unfortunately they're not.. Smells like the previous guests, housekeeping forgot to change the bed linens? So we requested for replacement.. Their rooms are big and has a lot of potential, but they are not well maintained, stained walls and ceiling.. for a 1 year old building, it looks already tired. We also never had a good night sleep, because we were awaken by loud banging noise coming from the wall of the adjacent room, followed by non-stop shouting.. Apparently, the guests from the other room were drunk, we called the front desk, but no one's answering the phone.. so around 1am, we went out and talked to the Guard on duty, requested to be transferred to another room, but to no avail. Their Breakfast, forget it.. very limited choices, imagine for Filipino Buffet breakfast, your options are Scrambled egg and Fried Fish Fillet.. Never ever going back!

Awesome hotel! Definitely worth it!

Good and clean hotel. It was under construction it was a lot of things that was missing but I’m sure it will be good when it is finished. I just hope that the sloppy finish of the construction will not be as noticeable as it was now.
