部屋は古くて少し臭く、カウンターのスタッフはフレンドリーではなく、対応もかなり失礼でした。

美しい庭園のある素晴らしい場所です。インフィニティプールも素晴らしかったです。このホテルは本当に価値がありました。

快適で清潔な客室、クアラルンプール独特の印象を与えるスカイプール

部屋はとても汚れています。床には小さなゴミがあり、ゴキブリ、かび臭い匂いがあり、羽毛布団には汚れがありました。カーペットに小さなピンがあります。エレベーターの待ち時間がとても長かったです。

私が選んだのはラナイ キング グラウンドフロア Rp. G階で350,000、アパートの駐車場がホテルになったようで、部屋には窓がなく、ホテルの駐車場から入ったのですが、残念ながらルームアクセスカードを紛失してしまい、30リンギット（Rp. 110,000）を請求されました。午後、アパートの住人たちとエレベーターをめぐって大喧嘩があった。

スタッフは大丈夫ですが、エレベーターに乗るのが非常に難しいことだけです。

良いし、戦略的です。24時間セキュリティがあり、どこに行くにも近いです。

この規模の建物にはエレベーターが 2 基しかありません。さらに2台のエレベーターが損傷した。二度とここに戻ってくることはありません。エレベーターの待ち時間は30分くらいかかりました。汚い部屋。

ホテルの汚い状態を自分の目で確かめてください。まったくお勧めできません。ただバイラルな雰囲気だけです。エレベーターの待ち時間が長すぎて、部屋までたどり着けません。お勧めできません👎👎👎👎👎

バスルームにはゴキブリ/ゴキブリがいます、浴槽にもゴキブリ/ゴキブリの足があります、浴槽の排水ができません、部屋のカーペットにシミがあり、部屋への廊下のカーペットにシミがあります、スタッフはフレンドリーで、チェックイン時にまだ滞在しています夜の12時、部屋もバスルームも広く、景色も良く、ホテルの外の雰囲気も素敵です。

The front desk people are less friendly and they need to add more people for a better customer service, I guess. I had to wait in a long que for 30 mins (4 people in line) only to claim my room key and luggage. The room was nice though. Thank you.

Actually the hotel was ok. But the critical part is in the room, so it is under maintenance. Even though the prices are cheaper than others. We feel disappointed. There are 28 pax of us staying at Upperview Regalia. We booked 3 units of 2 bedroom apartment, 1 unit of 1 bedroom apartment & 3 GF rooms. The details as described below; 1. The lighting is too dark in & out the room. 2. Weird smell in the toilet (level 7) 3. Broken floor (level 8) 4. Towels with dirt. 5. No cooking utensils provided in the apartment. 6. Water leaking-air conditioner (level 6, GF) 7. Broken toilet (level 6) 8. No washing machine in 2 units of apartment as described (level 6 & 8) 9. One of the rooms in GF, the doors are easily open thro balcony without using any card. 10. Broken mattress & bed in master bedroom (level 7) 11. Most of the TV ' s are not functioning.

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, but it's not modern or new. The air conditioner takes little time to cool. I'm asking for the baggage trolley upon check out. Talked to the girl, she said will send. After half an hour, I spoke to male, and said it's on the way. After 1hour still did not get it. Poor service. I came down and saw that trolley just beside them. Poor service. Luckily, Miss Ann is there, with good communication skills. She greeted me well, cannot complaint. Plus you have to add rm20 for the parking as they rented the building.

Pesan hotel dapat apartemen. Ruangnya besar sih tapi lantai gak pakai karpet, padahal minta hotel biar lantainya pake karpet. Kamarnya udah butuh renovasi. TV di ruang tengah gak bisa nyala.

Saya suka menginap di sini karena fasilitasnya yang lengkap, kamar yang luas, dan harga yang affordable.

Sudah 3x ke Malaysia dan selalu di sini dan best pokok nya😊😉

Nice room and comfortable. Overall the room that we take is affordable with the price. Its cheap. For cleanliness I can give 2.5/5. Actually my room is with the balcony but the balcony is a bit dirty and no such a thing like a chair. The balcony is empty. Btw I take the cheapest room and like I said overall is affordale for the price.
