トイレは悪くて臭い、キッチン設備の状態は良くない、部屋全体の臭いがひどい、WiFiと駐車場がない。

全体的にはまあまあですが、トイレだけ不快な臭いがします。

私は午後 4 時半頃ホテルに到着しました。公式のチェックイン時間の午後 3 時から 1 時間半後のことでした。到着すると、受付係がオーナーまたはエージェントにユニット番号を尋ねましたが、私は持っていませんでした。オーナーはチェックインの詳細を何も提供しておらず、事前に私に連絡もしていませんでした。電話でオーナーに連絡を取ろうとしましたが、応答がありませんでした。最終的に、オーナーの代替連絡先を提供してくれた Traveloka に連絡しなければなりませんでした。この番号に WhatsApp でメッセージを送信して初めて、必要なユニットの詳細を受け取りました。私はホテルの外で 1 時間かけてこれらの詳細を待ちました。オーナーのコミュニケーション不足は、非常に非専門的でした。さらに、ユニット自体は宣伝どおりではなく、Web サイトの画像で示されているよりもずっと古く見えました。写真に惑わされないでください。

Staf yang handle dekat pintu masuk ini sangat sombong, tidak selayaknya kerja di hotel seperti ini, yang harus memberikan pelayan yang baik bagi turis asing. Kita sudah bayar mahal service memuaskan.

This hotel is good and recommended for traveler of 4 person. The unit have 2 bedrooms wirh sofa dinner table and all kitchen set. AC is very cool. Location near to all attraction in Melaka. You can take a grab everywhere not more than 10 ringgit. Also you can have a very nice and a lot of variant breakfast only with 20 ringgit

Saya sekeluarga tidak berpuas hati dengan kebersihan di bilik ni. Ditambah dengan kemudahan yang rosak. Tidak berbaloi. Dah komen pon tak ada tindakan.

Orang icon ni cakap tak boleh parking dalam kad rosak. So terpaksa parking luar ada kemudahan park dalam kena park luar. Bila try guna kad tu parking dalam boleh je tak ada masalah. Tak tahu kenapa dia tak bagi park dalam. Tandas busuk sikit. I bagi 3.5/5. Ok tqsm ..

The room is ok but the services is poor. Been calling the staff for check out for 3 hours but have no response received.

Keseluruhannya sangat berpuas hati. apartment bersih, servis oke cuma satu sepanya sangat semut merah. Anak saya kena gigit dengan semut tuh. Harap dapat atasi masalah semut untuk agar pengunjung dapat menginap dengan lebih selesa.

Sinki bilik air tersumbat tak di perbetulkan, water heater pun rosak tak di ganti

Check in time 3 pm, found out water heater gt problem, inform to customer service, say will change room for us at 4pm. Wait until 5pm, call cs and they tell us no room available. Ask them call technician, said will come over check in short while. Wait till 530 call cs and ask, said no technician are available. What a good cs service. Also what a good experience in Melaka. Won't consider for this anymore.

No reception service. Self check-in due to v were late for 40min of the time promised. The owner almost want to forfeit our room due to that. Bcz v went to bayou lagoon, kept the phone in locker and uncontactable. Ended up, v rushed to get the key 1st and scared of no room to stay. V stayed at level 21, nice view and comfortable beds. But the water heater was leaking terribly so v dared not on the heater, and so v hv no hot shower. The lock and handle of the washroom also not really in gd condition. The pool was crowded but overall acceptable for kids fun. The room smelled not well due to poor airation and the cleanliness of the sofa need to be improved as my gals experienced dust mite allergies after slept there overnight. But it's worth of the value v paid.
