the girl in the information desk of the hotel , receiving our bookings , seems she doesn't know what to do. i booked 2 rooms . the other for my eldest son. she told my son , the girl at the counter, hindi ko na kinuha name nya, that he haven't paid yet his hotel booking, and she cannot locate at their system about our booking, parang nagalit ako. i told my son, sabihin mo ,bayad na lahat ! medyo tumagal sila sa counter. mabuti na lang pina print ko yung voucher at receipt sa bookings namin for 2 rooms, pinadala ko naman sa daughter ko sa counter. sabihin mo ito o, bayaD na lahat.
