I had one of the loveliest and the best staycation with my family (husband, son & little dog) here in Seaview Mansion. I never heard of this place ever since. I had this one boring day at home scrolling the app, trying to look for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. And I did not expect I will be able to find this beyond perfect place for my me and my family. I added it to my bucket list. And one evening, I decided to finally booked a room with them. It was very very unplanned. It was night time already when I booked it and I was hesitant what if they did not get my booking? Or what if they do not confirm? After I booked the room. I had this habit of confirming the booking directly with the hotel or with the help of the app. I don’t want hassle and incovenience because i’m always traveling with my son. I tried to Google their number and luckily someone called me right away! They response so quick! A lady told me from the other line that they already found my booking unfortunately the room I booked was already taken and she said she have no idea why it was still shown in the app. But guess what? She offered me the other room with the same rate. The one I booked was only a fan room and she offered me the room with aircon! Amazing, right?! So we left home passed 8PM. Estimated travel time is 3hrs or so. We had a quick stopover and it was almost midnight. This lady named Karen kept sending me SMS & asking about our current location. She also called me when we were in Dalaguete already making sure we’ll find their location. She was the nicest owner/housekeeper/hotel manager/staff I’ve met & known so far. She was very patient to wait for us. We arrived almost midnight and she was waiting for us outside the gate. She assisted us with the parking and offered to bring some of our things. Check in and check out went smoothly. Karen answers all our questions politely. Overall the hotel is Tidy, neat and well-taken-cared of. Wifi connection is stronger than your relationship Haha. Food is served quick yet well cooked! Although we had a short time to stay and relax more, it was one of the loveliest getaway! And because I really love the place, the hospitality, ambiance, location and everything! I will give 100/10. Well, if I can rate it that way. Lol Well, I want to share my experience in Seaview Mansion so it was blogged and people are coming there for sure. Thank you so much for accommodatin us karen!
