今のところ、このホテルは確かに子供連れに優しいです。プールは大きくありませんが、子供たちから目を離すのは簡単です。

広い部屋で大満足です。トイレのドアだけがしっかり閉まりません。おそらく、3～38号室だけの問題でしょう。最高のエアコン、最高のマットレス。プールは胸の高さにあるため、大人専用で、子供には適していません。

部屋 2 67 この枕は臭いです。長い間洗濯も掃除もされていません。 エアコンは 16 度フルスピードに設定されていますが、2 時間経っても部屋は蒸し暑いままです。 ゲストがチェックインする前にエアコンをテストする必要があります。私たちは 11 時頃にチェックインしましたが、今は午前 1 時なので部屋を変えるには遅すぎます。両親は年老いて疲れています。 ゲストがチェックインする前にエアコンをオンにして稼働させておく必要があります。そうすれば、部屋に入ったときにはすでに快適です。 ここに泊まるのはこれが最後かもしれません。

Room have stuffy smell, carpet dusty, pillow smell stuffy, looks like housekeeping team not perform job as hotel standard. I'm really disapointed, because this hotel have nice vibe & have excellent building esthetic.

Everything is good, and it is very comfortable to stay. The staff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast is amazing and delicious. Parking is also available for guests in the basement. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Hotel has nice view but it is not well maintained.

Our room was not well-maintained. The towels are old and Torned. The sofa has stained and on our last night stay, our bedroom was not cleaned despite putting the “please clean the bedroom sign”.

Good things: Room is spacious. Location is perfect. Bad things: The carpet was not properly vacuumed. I can still feel the dust on my feet. Other than that, the toilet bowl looks dirty. Not properly cleaned.

Friendly staff. Full of antique things and feel like back to those day. Nice hotel design.

The room is good but the breakfast is s****, no meat, no half boil egg? Seems like all vegetarian food, please do improve your breakfast, I love hotel breakfast but this is the worst ever.

Hotel okey... Berdekatan dengan kedai makanan... Yang paling bagus.. Kedai makan asam pedas kak yong... Harga makanan rahmah. Bilik hotel luas...

Bilik besar boleh muat 5-6 pax. Breakfast biasa-biasa. Parking banyak. Customer service ok. Indoor swimming pool kecil je la. Boleh la buat budak-budak mandi. Overall, boleh check in lagi.

Overall, hotel is good. Clean room. Food is easy to get (I stay during Ramadhan). However, you need transport to town.

Bilik ok tapi terlalu bising disebabkan ada kedai buka musik terlalu kuat dan kedai makan tidak ada di kawasan yang terdekat.
