途中で積み込みが行われたため、経験は何もお伝えできません。キャンセルもできなかったため、言い換えれば、何も支払っていないことになります。また、積み込みなどの自然災害による返金ポリシーもありません:(。

Our aircon was not functioning well. We ask help from one of the staff for trouble shooting because its hot inside our room, then he can't fix it, he just set it to high volume and told us it will just turn cold after a few hours which did not happen. The whole electricity keeps on and off for 3x during 3am that made us awake and unable to sleep. They should put to their advisory that swimming in beach is until 5pm I guess and pool and restaurant is only 8am to 8pm only. We arrived late because of some instances we left manila around 1pm then arrived 3pm in the terminal and left almost 5pm because the driver said they need to have at least 9 passengers prior going and so we arrived around 5.30pm already in the resort and had our dinner, they only have 1 waiter during the night and I can feel his tiredness and all and did not remind us that its already last order and closing time, they already had lots of customers but only 1 waiter was working during the night. We were hungry during midnight but because everything was closed we were hungry the whole night they should add that also to their advisory page. They should set there breakfast early like 5 or 6am, we were so hungry but waited until 8am. The food sucks and very high in prices and not even worth it. And I can find garbage everywhere. The positive side was the nice and spacious room, the free kayaking, unlimited snorkeling and free snorkeling gear, the manager was also approachable and accommodating and nice view for instagram stories. Over all 4/10.
