Checked in on January 5th and got an upgrade to the family room from Premium deluxe city room. Very spacious room with 2 queen-size beds, a big sofa, a big clothes cabinet, though we were just 2 people. Slept nicely, but early in the morning the sound of construction outside is quite disturbing. We checked out early in the morning. We requested a take-away breakfast. They gave us a nice breakfast and also a very helpful service to take us to the airport early in the morning. Location really superb, just 2 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake. So great!

Nice hotel with the good price, but must be careful when booking because the superior room is only for 1 person and will be charged 10 USD for the 2nd person with breakfast. The location is good. The hotel is clean, and breakfast has many variants of food.

Chất lượng khách sạn quá tệ . Phòng trên cao thì rung lắc khiến ông bà và bé nhỏ không ngủ được . Giá tiền cao nhưng chất lượng khách sạn tệ không xứng với 4 sao . Còn thua cả khách sạn bình dân . Khả năng xử lý vấn đề của lễ tân quá kém. không bao giờ đến lại khách sạn này dù có cho không chúng tôi cũng không thèm đến . Quá tệ

Located on strategic area around Hanoi old quarter. It 's very close to some attraction and not hard to get a food or other things too. Great service and all the staff is very friendly and helpful.
