clean... helpful and professional staff...

- Room service is not mandatory (you need to ask for it as well as the bath towels ) - Only 2 staff on duty - No Wifi (In booking it says Free Wifi included but none) - Staff don't know how to greet guest - Beach front is unusable for swimming. - Veranda has no view at all

A nice place to stay as it is very near to where places tourists usually want to explore while at Baler. The room and other amenities are what is advertised but parking is quite limited esp. During long weekends where the place is expected to be fully booked as the parking is not equal to the hotels' room capacity. Breakfast is included in the deal (which is a plus) but they do not serve lunch or dinner so you have to get a bit full before going back to the place as there are limited places to eat nearby. Staff are friendly and accommodating but I think added security personnel maybe included for the guests to feel more secure during night time. 👍🙋‍♂️✌

Best for city escape. The room is quite bigger and very relaxing. Very accommodating staff!!! This place is highly recommended for bonding of family, group of friends or even for me time :). Will definitely comeback!!!
