The room is dirty and the lights are cannot be switched off. Too many mirrors, bed sheets smells bad and the ambiance feels like we're in a garage. Dirty flooring and doormats. So many mosquitoes at the room itself. Worst experience on a hotel.

Bad odor. Toilet bowl flush malfunction. Some young cockroach inside the toilet.

The staff are nice. The toilet is clogged and they never clean when I checked in (a lot of hair on the floor drain). No water sometimes at night. The room was quite okay. Take note, they only got one power plug outlet. It's on below the TV.

Comfort room is clogged, room smells awful.

The staff were nice and respectful, however, my things left were not returned by the housekeeper. Those things are valuable to me. They cannot be trusted. The air-con is not good.

there is a minor problem we encountered. the hotel transferred us to another room right after we talk about our ac. a cheap price for nice room. not bad! thanks

It was okay I guess but some utensils where not available and no food available too.
