残念なことに、犬の飼い主は犬の排泄物を片付けません。気をつけてください!

中に入ると、レッドドアーズ/管理人が借りているアパートメントなので、場所は少しわかりにくいです。チェックインスケジュールは午後14時、チェックアウトは午前10時です。問題は、私は午前10時30分に到着し、乗り継ぎ便のため早めにチェックインする予定だったので（メモにも書きました）、午後15時40分にチェックアウトし、自動的にシャワーと休憩のために部屋を使用したのは4.5時間だけだったということです。しばらくの間。しかし、係員は知りたくなかったのですが、早めに到着したため、追加料金 (宿泊費とは別に) が請求され、合計 400 ペソとデポジット 100 ペソになりました。(非常に残念でした。サービスと部屋の設備は標準的でした)アパート暮らし。

The room is very dirty most of all, the bathroom. It smells. It was like they don't have cleaning team at all. Worst experience.

The room is clean except for the sofa. They ask us to pay 500 due to early check in although we will check out early.

I have never stayed in a hotel or room that request to hold your I. D. If not holding your ID requesting 1000phd. Kind of of weird. Room was nice, but holding my id thing freaked me out.

No internet no telephone and the service is very poor

There is no blanket provided, no wifi, no dial tone that's why we can't call the information to request a blanket. There is cockroaches inside the room. The aircon remote control is not functioning. Overall we are not satisfied. Kindly improve your service.

Staff were great. However we ran into problems. The rooms are not the same one shown here in the ads. Expect a room that’s smaller and has no microwave, zero sofa. The WIFI in our room was down. The staff told us to use “other’s room wifi” but no wifi was reachable in our room (4th floor), the nearest wifi signal was at the 3rd and 5th floor. The cellular signal in the room was bad too. The bathroom had bottled water containers for either shampoo or dish washing liquid — they had no labels! We didn’t know what to use! The cabinet in the room had a broken door. The hotel is under R** D**rz Parañaque. Also expect to give 1,000 peso in cash for security deposit.

My stay was smooth and they attend to your needs right away.

I went there to check in but they didn't know who is the responsible for my booking at ota I am so tired going to admin going to anywhere calling someone. The room is clean but the bed is so itchy. Location also far very hard to take transportation. If I know that that will be happen I will never book there again

What I love the most: their hospitality! The staffs allowed us to do a very early check-in. They were very helpful. The room was decent and pristine clean. We didn't encounter any problems during our short stay. Thanks, Isabelle Royal!

The bedroom they gave us was rather small and the bathroom was small too. The breakfast was not too bad.

The fixtures and bed were poorly planned. Very small room. The position of bed makes it hard for the air conditioner system to cover all of the room’s space. Sleeping in the bed is too hot. The bed is like a mezzanine type.

I was bracing myself for the negativities I’ve read online but when I got to the hotel, a lot has changed. Though the loft room we got was small, as shown exactly what is on the picture, we made the most out of it. The room was worth the price. The staff was great, assisted us with our concerns and requests. The airport is near and can be seen from your window, so the flying planes are audible too but not to the disturbing level. Maybe work more on the pressure of the water from the rest room, shower was a bit weak and change the AC as it was not as strong even if we left it on the whole day it didn’t get so cold. Other than that the rest of the experience is very good.
