The hotel 's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, the buffe was very good and delight. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Lotusama Hanoi Hotel has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. 5 star!

この素敵なホテルには何度か宿泊しましたが、ハノイアン・エリート・ホーム・ホテルにまた泊まれることを嬉しく思います。スタッフは素晴らしいです。ベリーさんは私たちのために素晴らしい対応をしてくれて、必要なものがすべて揃っていることを確認してくれました。スタッフ全員がフレンドリーで効率的でした。朝食も美味しく、コーヒーも質が良かったです。このホテルでの滞在を自信を持っておすすめします。

Hanoian Elite Home is ideally placed for your stay in the Old Quarter. It’s only a 5 min walk way to the lake. The room was superb. The a lar carte breakfast with all you could wish for. Great value, reasonably priced especially at this season. Receptionist was great, Smiles and Berry so professional and funny. Would recommend this hotel so much.

Their hotel staff is superb, we were take care of during our everytime staying here. The receptionist could not have been more helpful. Our superior room in the backside of the hotel totally quiet. We had extremely comfortable beds and new bathroom with powerful water. The hotel provide free Wifi connection in each rooms. Netflix also available for our films. We felt hard to say goodbye. Marvelous stay. Will coming back for our next stay in Hanoi

We had never feel more pamper on the trip in Hanoi. Good room, caring staff, outstanding breakfast and a lovely hotel decoration. Our 5th stay here, I did recommend this place for twice stay since this world class customer service. Staff did their best care and exceeded our expectation. Breakfast here is the best breakfast we ever had. Our special thanks to the Harry – waiter. The restaurant was very nice and charm. I would love to stay here again.

Vì là phòng mới nên tất cả mọi thứ bạn cần có cho 1 kì nghỉ đều tìm thấy ở đây. Phòng ban công hướng phố Hàng Gà có full view kính rất đẹp, mỗi phòng một wifi riêng biệt rất tiện lợi cho công việc của tôi. Bữa sáng ngon miệng, trang trí đẹp mắt. Chúc các bạn luôn giữ được phong độ và ngày càng mở rộng

Phòng mới, đẹp, nội thất đầy đủ, tiện nghi. Nhìn ngoài tôi không nghĩ đây là khách sạn bởi phong cách xây dựng, cổng gỗ. Cũng chính sự độc đáo này mang lại cho khách cảm giác mới mẻ, khác biệt với hàng trăm khách sạn khác. Không gian khách sạn rất yên tĩnh, sạch đẹp. Nhân viên niềm nở, thân thiện. Tôi khá thích cách các bạn nhớ tên khách ngay sau khi ngày đầu gặp mặt. Nhân viên bell ngoan, mở cửa chào khách mỗi khi ra vào khách sạn. Các bạn xứng đáng đứng vị trí đầu hạng khách sạn 3.5 sao

Tôi vào nhận phòng múc 13h00. Được nhân viên gợi ý nâng cấp phòng lên cao cấp hơn và phụ thu tiền. Vì phòng tôi đang đặc phải đợi. Tôi đồng ý Nhưng khi đồi phòng rất nóng bức. Máy lạnh có vấn đề. Và phòng siêu nhỏ. Khăn tắm đã ngã màu vàng. Rất không ấn tương. Đươc cái nhân viên dễ thương lắm

Smiles and the rest of the team at Hanoian Elite Home Hotel were amazing when we visited Hanoi. They were very attentive and went the extra mile in terms of customer service and had great recommendations of things to see / places to eat. They knew we had a couple of day trips booked during the stay so they gave us day packs on each of those days (which included fruit and bottles of water) to eat on the way there ! The hotel was located in Central Hanoi in Old Town, a couple of blocks from the Dong Xuan Market. Plenty of locals and eateries which they venture which give you a close insight into how the locals live and eat each day. We will be back at this hotel next time we come back to Hanoi!

The service provided by this hotel staff is the best ever I have experienced. Started off by patiently responding to all the queries I had regarding my Hanoi stay and Halong Bay tour (which they helped arrange for us). And then once we checked in, they went above and beyond in their customer service. From spic and span rooms, planning our tours, giving us a sense of the city and the crazy road rules, greeting us every time they saw us, amazing breakfast , chocolates at night, upgrading our room and finally seeing us off with a farewell gift. There is absolutely no fault with this Hotel.It's location is perfect, rooms are good and cosy, staff is beyond perfect and the manager is most friendly and informative. We will definitely stay with you guys every time we visit Hanoi and I recommend everyone to do the same !

khách sạn phục vụ nhiệt tình, phòng và nội thất rất mới. Mình bị té xe và các anh chị đã băng bó giúp mình, ngoài ra họ còn mang đóng gói cho mình bữa sáng cho kịp giờ bay nữa. Mình đã ghé nơi đây 2 lần và chưa có lần nào mình thất vọng. Lần tới mình sẽ ghé lại lần thứ 3 . <3

Khách sạn rất đẹp và yên tĩnh, tôi đã có rất ngủ rất tốt. Các bạn nhân viên chu đáo tận tình và niềm nở. Sẽ quay lại khách sạn thêm nữa vì quá thích không gian và mọi điều ở đây. Sự lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho những ai muốn khám phá Hà Nội!

This hotel is new, everything is learn! Nice staffs, they well take care of guest! Breakfast is good! Location on old quarter! Nothing to complain about!
