The room to small. Don't get any package of tea/coffee. Mirror just one front door and don't have table front mirror. Very difficult to male up. The wardrobe very bad smell. Line also very poor.

Unpleasant smell at main entrance. Faulty electronic room key. Creaky bed. Minor issues such as spoilt bin cover, wardrobe handle. No toilet paper was given even after calling and requesting. Requests such as late check out, higher floor, etc were all ignored. New hotel but poor maintenance.

New hotel, nice & cozy. Just toilet was too small, apart from that, everything just nice!

Sesuai untuk percutian keluarga. Lokasi yang strategik. Kemudahan amat memuaskan.

so far it's ok. price is cheap. just there's no iron prepared. and there's no coffee/tea prepared. there's no bedsheet. bathroom small. location is okay.

Hotel dah baik. Cuma boleh pertingkatkan lagi servis. Harap pengurusan lebih cekap lepas ni. Jangan ada silap kecil lagi. Dalam sistem book untuk dua hari tapi boleh tanya lagi customer bila nak checkout. Bila dah cakap sekian hari boleh pula cakap, "extend ke?". Sepatutnya kena tahu dan ambil maklum. Kemudahan pun kena jelaskan terperinci. Dalam fon cakap seterika disediakan, jangan risau. Bila sampai sana, minta dari malam sampai petang pun masih belum dapat. Jangan bagi alasan kami taktahu. Sepatutnya kena jelaskan atau usahakan untuk beri. Last terpaksa beli seterika sendiri. Kalau tahu seterika limited, memang dah bawa sendiri. Lain kali cakap terus terang dalam telefon supaya orang datang dari jauh tak susah.

Strategic location, friendly and helpful staff. Huge and tidy room with very affordable price. Definitely a great deal to snatch. Highly recommended! Ps: parking lot is unavailable, have to use public parking spot.

Spacious room with 2 double queen bed, 2 toilet, dining table, sinki & corner tabletop, set of sofa & TV. Sangat selesa untuk family. New & clean. Sebab tu kot iron was not provided yet. Banyak tempat makan the sekitar hotel. Overall, puas hati.
