No towels provided. Shower head was faulty. Need to check other place before can enter kbcc. What a hassled. Won't stay here anymore.

Apartment dirty, have small cockroaches at kitchen, heater spoil cannot use. I have small child and that make me pissed off. Besides, parking multilevel but could not find the parking lot after 7 level of searching. Please be more specific on the parking lot. Would not recommend to others.

Bilik penginapan besar sesuai keluarga yang ramai dengan dapur memasak sekiranya ingin makan di bilik sahaja. Kekecewaan kami ialah ketiadaan staf di tempat penginapan menyukarkan kami mendapat service perkhidmatan seperti parking kereta, air panas tidak berfungsi, tiada dibekalkan tisu dan bancuhan teh atau kopi dan peralatan memasak.

The check in process was not smooth..we have been told to call the owner of the unit. Then when we check in, the studio was smelly, the kitchen and the floor was all oily..i mopped again the whole studio..unsatisfying..
