サービスが悪く、早めのチェックアウトでデポジットを返金してもらうのは大変でした。24時間対応もありませんでした。

Sangat selesa & sangat sesuai untuk pasangan honeymoon. Semua fasiliti lengkap & baik terutama sekali mesin basuh ada disediakan. Tak payah tunggu 1 jam dekt dobi sebab mesin basuh multipurpose which is boleh basuh & keringkan sekali. Sangat recommended juga untuk family staycation 🥰! Boleh repeat for the next staycation 🤭

1. give me parking pass with out my elevator pass..my family waited 15min until some one come to open the door for us. No apology given. Saying because they have upgrade my apartment...so no need apology I guess. 2. Room is not clean and the floor is dusty. 3. Given room with cinema.. but the room seems not ready...everything not plug in...no internet no tv. Nobody come to teach us how to use. 4. After over 1 hour tech came to fix the issue but failed. 5. Offer to change room after 2 hours check-in.

The room so nice but have issue with smelly toilet. Others than that everything I satisfy.

It was great spending Christmas at Expressionz. Room was clean, very spacious, great klcc view and the host is helpful to try his best to provide extra car park.

Kamarnya bagus di lantai 17 tapi pemandangannya kurang bagus tapi soo far good.

Tempat yang menarik untuk tinggal. Harga yang berpatutan.

At 3.41pm now, I am still not able to check-in yet. They said my room is not ready yet. What a lousy service they have. I’m so pissed right now.

Superb & awesome..the infinity pool view is magnificent. Love everything about it.. The room is clean and nice.. all the basic needs available.. absolutely will come back.. The only thing that is missing is qiblat (to wish muslims turn at prayer) but there is Surau on the ground floor.

1. Voucher breakfast tidak diberi semasa checkin dan tetamu kena call untuk confirmkan. 2. Customer juga perlu meletakkan deposit RM250 untuk parking dalam banggunan. Peraturan yang sangat menyusahkan.
