トイレの清潔さを改善する必要がある。

クランに行くときはいつもここに予約しています。開業当初からずっと利用しています。しかし最近、トイレの清潔さが満足できるレベルではありません。まるで全く掃除していないかのようです。しかも今はセランゴール州税として1泊5リンギットを支払わなければなりません。

ショッピングモールの裏手に位置し、まもなくMRT（地下鉄）も開通予定。最高の立地です。

部屋はとても良くて、いい香りがして、スタッフもフレンドリーでした！

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 場所は快適です。 またショッピングモールの近くです。

立地は最高で、イオンブキティンギまで歩いてすぐ、ホテルから徒歩5分以内のところにエアロバスの乗り場がありました。短期休暇にとても便利でした。

I stayed here for the second time. It was excellent. For Klang area, I would recommend this hotel. Compare to the prices, location, cleanliness and overall experience I definitely will chose to stay here again. The only thing that the management need to change is the door to the lift from the parking basement should be open to guest. I parked in the basement but cannot enter the door to the lift and needed to walk up the stair to enter the hotel front door. Guest can go down directly to the basement parking from the lift at the reception level but weirdly cannot go to the reception level from the parking basement. Hotel can provide access card for guest to enter and exit the door to the lift. That's the only complaint I have. The rest was okay.

Room is ok, just the aircond controller is located beside the door. So you have to wake up and walk to the door to adjust temperature. For check out, the Indian lady at the counter was never smiling. She just said "sign" (asking for my signature). I waited there as I thought there's something else to do. But actually the "sign" thingy would be the last business. Why don't you smile and talk properly, as you are not the hell gatekeeper.

Great place to stay. Would come again when need arises.
