At first, I was not confident to stay here as I hardly heard about this hotel when I was around. But wow! Spacious modern place. It is so handsome all the living room and comfortable beds. Air conditioner? Easily cold like you are on top of Everest. Thank you Ms. Grace and PHC team to ensure smooth from check in to check out. Definitely recommended and I will come back again soon. By the way, no lift which is fine to me hehe

Worth it banget dah. Cuma kekurangannya di ruangan kami kamar mandinya agak bermasalah di bau yang kurang sedap di salurannya.

Benar benar worth it dan dekat kemana-mana. Tinggal jalan kaki ke Mydin dan pasar juga. Kamar luas, mirip konsep apartemen. Yang sedikit kurang di kamar mandinya. Kadang suka mengeluarkan bau kurang sedap. Salurannya yang kurang sepertinya. Tapi overall memuaskan stay disini.

The place was great and bigger than we thought. It was like a service apartment with two rooms and one bathroom with kitchen and small living room space. Might be slightly annoying to share one toilet with four people but big & thick towel with toiletries are provided, basically you just need to go there bringing only your own clothes. Aircond was cold enough and life saver for hot summer country like Malaysia. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also 24 hours mart and bakery 5 minutes walk away. The famous roti canai and roti bakar with half boiled egg is nearby too. Would recommend this place for family, friends, or even couple. Take note that the place is at 2nd floor and there is no lift so it's not for those with weak knee.

Unit besar dengan 2 kamar dan sofa bed besar, disediakan begitu banyak bantal, bersih di segala aspek. Lokasi strategis.

It's totally beyond our expectation. The apartment/townhouse is very spacious and looks exclusive. Plus itงs very near to local eateries (roti goyang transfer road, chow rasta, and etc) Cons: It's quite noisy during the night due to the karaokeใ

I had very pleasant stay. The place was nice and clean. Good location (walking distance to laundromat, restaurants and minimart)

Great , staff very friendly and helpful. First night everything was so good but second night in the morning the air conditioning stop working. The hotel close to the pub so you have to sleep with ears plug. I love this hotel if I go to penang i’ll stay here for sure! Everyone must try!!!

I had a pleasant stay here. The place is still new, so it was great and feel very homey. The not so great was, I had to wait almost 1 hour to check ourselves in, although we called them upon arrival, around 3pm. The same thing happened during check out, we had to wait approximately 20 mins after we called. But the place is recommended, comfortable and very strategic, just the service needs to be improved.

家族旅行。素晴らしい滞在でした。立地も良く、トランスファーロードとチョウラスター通りまで徒歩圏内です。改装されたばかりで、内装も素敵です。強くお勧めします。
