Very underrated hotel! This must be one of the best in the area!

Indeed the room is exactly the same on the pics. Clean towels and toiletries are replenished everyday! Will surely consider Casa Rubin for my future travels in Dumaguete! Staff are polite. Keep it up! Crispy sisig was really good. The WiFi though is inconsistent.

Location is conveniently near Robinsons Place and Dumaguete Cathedral. The Front Desk is responsive to my needs. Staff is courteous. No elevators though so it was a bit difficult for me to bring my stuff up the stairs as I was in the 3rd floor.

Rooms were perfect. Spacious and clean. A bidet would be an extremely useful addition to the bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Will definitely come back.

I had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we lounged at the lobby. We were also able to leave our things behind while we toured Dumaguete. The room we were given was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very tasty and filling! The staff was very attentive. The only downside of our stay was the Wi-fi. We stayed in Room 202 and there was no signal. We resorted to mobile data. Tried asking the staff about this but they couldn't reset the connection.

Expectation was met. It was a good place to stay in if your in Dumaguete plus near to bus terminal and robinsons dumaguete.

A very comfortable place to stay on. Accessible to everything. Good food, courteous staff. Nice amenities and facilities.

The place looks a 4-star hotel. It exceeded my expectation. I’ll probably book this again and recommend to friends. Walking distance to Ceres bus terminal as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and spacious room. Would highly recommend this place whenever you’re around Dumaguete. It’s also a plus that Robinson’s Mall is just a walking distance.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff !

The room/facility was elegant. It was spacious and have everything you need. Except for a hair blower, a spoon, and a bidet. It was overall excellent in terms of everything. I would love to come back and stay again.
