1泊だけだったので、料金に見合った特別なサービスは期待していませんでした。しかし、枕が高くて寝心地が悪く、ぐっすり眠れませんでした。受付に電話しましたが、繋がらず。 無料の朝食ビュッフェがありました。パン、ナシレマ、お粥、フルーツ、サラダ、卵など、一日の始まりにちょうど良いシンプルな朝食メニューで、それほど高いものは期待しないでください。 周辺にはレストランがたくさんあり、ヘルシーなメニューもいくつかあり、驚くほど美味しいです。Jaya Groceryというかなり大きなスーパーマーケットもあり、新鮮な食材は新鮮ですが、それほど安くはありません。

部屋は広くて清潔感はありましたが、スタッフに確認してもWi-Fiが全く繋がりませんでした。コネクティングドア付きの部屋にしましたが、その穴から中を覗くことができました。隣の部屋のいびきや目覚まし時計の音まで聞こえてきました。

満足です。立地も良く、朝食も種類が豊富でした。

この価格で3つ星のホテルとしては、コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。何度か宿泊していますが、部屋は清潔で、ベッドと枕も最高です。バスルームも清潔で快適でした。Wi-Fiは弱く、他の部屋のWi-Fiも最初は繋がらなかったのですが、フロントの対応は丁寧で親切でした。食事の品揃えは普通でした。

部屋は広々としていました。多くの飲食店やカフェまで歩いて行けます。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。

Convenient to all night BBQ and hotpot, bubble tea, Japanese and Korean food outlets, and KTV and massage shops surrounded the hotel. Good buffet spread and clean hotel rooms, and a strong shower head is a plus to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed and blanket are clean too, it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is limited choices and food could be improved.

Because that day when I sleep my room suddenly open by the cleaning services, I feel surprisingly. They don't know I was in the room. How they manage the system, but they already apologize. Next time please be aware!

Plenty of parking in the basement. Newly developed. Things are still new. In room A/C is a plus point. Shower room is clean and new too. Convenient location with plenty of choices of food and entertainment centre.

The deluxe room came with 2 king size bed, firm and new to my liking. We had s good night rest. But the head pillow was too soft. Only 4 pillows provided. Quilt cover, bedsheet had stains that cannot be removed. There was also a strand of hair on the head pillow cover. No bedroom slippers. A good powerful hair dryer, thick new bath towels, hand towels and face towel provided along with toiletries- toothbrush, comb, razor, shampoo, shower gel, vanity set. Tv channels were clear and able to receive channels from sg. Aircon worked well and was cold enough. Curtains had 2 layers-day and black out curtains. A safe inside the wardrobe, 4-5 hangers which wasn’t sufficient for us family of 4 to hang our clothing. Complimentary coffee and tea. Anyone can access the lift to the hotel level- they should install a card access for guest only. Plenty of eateries around the area, crowded during weekend. 7-11 across the street. Overall, I would return to stay.

1. Charge residents for parking RM3 per entry. Hello there, I’m paying for your hotel room, and I still need to pay parking separately when you have over 50-80 free parking lots?! 2. No hot shower. Water stagnant in shower space and I feel like I’m in a pool. 3. Lift from basement is spoil, so I climbed up then your door from the staircase is locked, I climbed down again and walked out of your basement parking lots via car routes and climb up the slopes to your lobby. 4. Complained to your reception and they don’t believe. 5. Questioned your staff if the lift is spoil, you can't open staircase door, they said the door is spoil also Come on! Although you r new, if you are not ready, don’t open to operate please! you are among the expensive in this region and I paid to do exercise ar?! Paid RM3 per entry for your parking some more need to climb up and down?!
