メンテナンスをもっとしっかり行うべきだ

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでしたが、名前を尋ねるのを忘れました。

このホテルに1泊しましたが、快適に過ごせました。チェックインとチェックアウトは迅速で、手間もかかりませんでした。部屋の清潔さも許容範囲内でした。

立地は良く、部屋は清潔です。ただ、5つ星のサービスは期待しないでください。2泊するには十分で、設備も整っています。

より清潔な環境のためにバスルームの改善が必要

フロントデスクのシニアスタッフ、リドナさんはとても親切でした。彼女のジュニアスタッフがTNGカードの認証でミスをしてしまい、駐車場代として誤ってRM41を請求されてしまいました。しかし、リドナさんは私の情報を入手し、返金の手配をしてくれました。その後も手続きを進めてくれて、予定通りのスケジュールで完了しました。素晴らしいサービスに感謝します。また必ず利用します。そうそう、朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富でした。

求めるものによっては、全く問題ありません。 朝食は平均的です。 スタッフは丁寧です。立地は良いです。 部屋の状態は平均的です。

フレンドリーなスタッフ。朝食の選択肢も豊富。広々としたスペース。ただ、部屋にはカビ臭か、カーペットが湿っているような匂いが少しありました。立地的にはKSLモールとペランギモールに近いので、アクセスも簡単です。

Makanan breakfast enak. Cuma buah jeruknya saja yang agak busuk tapi tetap disajikan. Kamar luas. Semua mantap.

Good value for money if you are looking for a staycation near CIQ. Pros - Location is not too far from jb ciq although still need to take a taxi. Lots of nearby restaurants just below the hotel and 10 minute walk to Pelangi area. Room was huge and clean. We were able to watch Netflix and Youtube with the Smart TV. Cons - They did not provide towels in the room and we had to request from Housekeeping but they quickly delivered it to our room. Bidet was leaking a bit in the toilet area. We also could not change the aircon temp although it was good enough. Check in time also a bit late at 3 PM.

Good hotel for stay, good food too.

Nice staff during check in and just pass key card to check out. Separate 10RM tourist fee for room. Cleanliness is mediocre with oily TV table and dusty bottom of bed and bedside table. Only toothbrush, toothpaste and body towel provided. Didn't request comb and shaving kit as it was late. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. The only decent thing is pre-packaged food like wedges and bread.
