ホテルはとても美しく、部屋は清潔で、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、プールには温水があるので子供たちは本当に楽しく泳ぎます、食べ物もおいしい、特にホテルからすぐにビーチに行けます❤️

Mohon dipertanggungjawabkan foto-foto room superior bungalow tidak real seperti di hotel. Real roomnya itu seperti ini. Ada connecting room. Bungalow yang dijual ini sebenarnya family bungalouw. Dan ada connecting roomnya jadi kamar ini room untuk anak-anak.

Hotel tenang dan menyenangkan. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu.

Resort yang tidak layak untuk dihuni, sangat mengecewakan tidak ada signal dan wifi. Kotor dan tidak terawat, dimana ada kutu pada kursi/sofanya

This is the second time visit Rua Resort, can't wait to be third or fourth time. Got free upgrade this time due to technical error.😆. Take a side how lucky I am, this place is wonderful. Accommodation? Comfort and cozy bed, spacious bathroom (very important if you stay at beach resort). Food? Not too many choice, but the taste is good, use fresh vegetable from hotel land. Surrounding? Feels like private beach because their are buffer zone from public beach to resort. Service? Excellence, May be the best point from this place. Friendly-helpful-self initiative staff, looks like they are service from the heart and not just doing their job. You can choose from beach walking - hill walking - bird watching or just lay back at hotel room, May be just spend time reading at lobby and gazebo, or just play in pool with kids, there's so many choice. No TV is an advantage at this place, you just want to relax and don't waste your time watching TV.

Don't stay here! No wifi, no connection, avoid at all costs. No Wifi and no 3G should be stated clearly.

Setelah kami tiba di lokasi kami dapati lokasi kumuh, tidak ada signal dan WIFI tidak ada tempat parkir, tidak layak dihuni, kami kecewa dan memilih tidak menginap walaupun sudah bayar.

The best resort I've ever stay with cheap rate. So homy, view amazing, ibu anna as manager hotel so kindly. She maintain resort as well. Food so good. This resort suit for couple honeymoon spend a whole day together so romantic. But one thing, so hard about signal. Should be goverment take action for provide tower telecomunication around this area.

Saya menginap di deluxe bungalow bersama suami. Kalau terlambat check in seperti kami, baiknya telpon dulu. Untung kami telpon, soalnya office tutup jam 4. Puas sekali, bungalow luas. Staff-nya ramah-ramah. Amenities lengkap. Private pool dan private beach itu nilai plus banget. Eksterior dan interior bagus. Di luar banyak nyamuk, tapi ada kelambu di kasurnya jadi tidur nyenyak sambil denger suara deburan ombak menenangkan. Kalau Minggu pagi ada kuda di pantainya juga. Sarapannya lezat. Puas sekali👍👍

Rua beach itu hotel kecil yang keren. Punya pantai sendiri. Kolam renang yang cantik. Pantai dengan pasir putih yang halus dan cantik banget. Kamar dengan teras kayu yang alami. Kamar mandi lantai pasir kasar, dinding rustic dan atap ilalang. Desain rustic casual. Uhm, keren deh. Apalagi kalau sarapannya bisa buffet. Yang jelas pantainya top banget dan sangat private.

Great resort, great staff, great place to wind down. Just one thing to complain about. The water at the bathroom both sink and shower smell and taste like rust. Without this one problem. My stay is perfect

Great resort! Came here for holiday and got free upgrade room. The room was comfy and spacious, friendly and helpful staff, multiple swimming pool, nice food, chill and relax vibes. It was nice experience.
