部屋のタイプに対して高すぎます。古くて使い古されています。バスルームはカビ臭く、お湯が出ません。

私の意見では、ホテルのスタッフの対応力が不足している問題に対処するためのトレーニングをホテルのスタッフに提供する方がよいと思います。ゲストは役員に詳しい情報を提供しなかった印象だ。将来的には、スタッフがより良く、より迅速に対応し、ゲストの快適さを優先するようになることを願っています。ありがとう。

場所は市街地の中心にあり、戦略的な場所です。しかし、周囲に人はあまりいませんでした。食べ物はあまり美味しくありませんでした。

Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, ac poor, hot room, toilet and shower dirty mould, breakfast I couldn't eat, for the price it wasn't up to the standard, very poor service, will never stay there again.

Harga mahal, kualitas dibawah oyo, Gak ada gula teh/kopi sasetnya, makanan kurang enak dan kurang bersih juga.

It 's a good place to stay in Ba'a. Reasonably comfortable in vip room. Only one bottom sheet and a blanket on the bed and loud karaoke music from the street were detractors. The rooftop terrace is a good place to watch the sunset.

Sprei yang di pasang kotor, kelihatan bekas pakai otang yang tidak di ganti. Kamar mandi masih ada sampah sampo.

Fasilitas kamar terbatas, shower air panas membutuhkan waktu cukup lama untuk mendapatkan air panas, kasur kurang nyaman.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan baik, sarapan pagi lumayan enak. Untuk cafe yang di roof top harga masih wajar tp ada ditambah harga service dan pajak jadi tidak wajar.

I booked twin bed room. It's appear neat set up at first but than disappointed at the bed condition. The bed barely has good mattress and I can feel the springs to my back. I couldn't sleep on it at all. We asked for room change but they're full on that day. FYI, this is the most decent hotel in Rote downtown so we have no choice other than keep staying here. The next morning, I asked the reception for room changes as I know some people are checking out. I ended up inspect 2 other rooms and finally get a room with decent bed condition. Aside of the bed condition, the hotel is clean, the toilet is clean but no amenities
