Okey sahaja, sangat menyenangkan, terutama untuk pelancong perniagaan yang stay lama seperti saya, tq ARK hotel.

Hari kedua di sini, jika bole hotel sediakan air panas di sebelah tempat iron atau pon water heater, lebih mudah untuk dapatkan air panas. Tq.

Hotel ini baik, harga sangat baik terutama untuk yang stay lama untuk urusan kerja. Pantai Klebang depan sahaja dan ada aktiviti jika malam hari. Bilik dan kemudahan lain pon baik.

Overall good and spacious room for cheap price, except for (1) tv not functioning; (2) noisy at midnight due to windows cannot close

Hotel bersih, kelengkapan baru, parking senang, cuma air panas tak ada, tak boleh bawak masuk kawan ramai-ramai, penjaga kaunter marah.

This is a newly open budget hotel, the rate is cheap. There is no free mineral water, no tooth brush kit, no electric kettle, no 3-in-1 coffee, but the Indian staff is especially helpful and friendly. Overall is OK, but a bit far away from the town area.

services staff very good .. but I am very sad because get the very small room, first time get very small room for double room .. unhappy with my travelling because the room. the room cannot use for double room .. please adjust the room for single room

new wave malacca hotel is good hotel . comfort enough the room is very clean but new wave has a weakness , those are the room doesn’t have table to put something and too far if want to have breakfast or foodcourt , very exciting in here the receptionist is very friendly thanks you new wave

When arrived, I was told that the room is not available. They are blaming app for the mistake. After insisted, they finally give me a different room. Thanks anyway. But please ensure the same mistake will not happen again.
