今回で５、６回目の滞在になります。 場所は空港から車で10～15分程で、しない中心から少し西の外れに位置します。 ホテル周辺にはコンビニもなければお店も有りません。 ホテルは名前の通り、リゾート施設となっており、プールやラグーンを併設したヴィラタイプの施設です。 レストランを３つ要し、プールサイドに有り、食事や飲み物をオーダーしながらゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで、フロントを要したエントランス建物は天井も高く、貝殻を使った伝統的な工芸品で溢れ、シャンデリアも必見です。 チェックインは非常にスムーズで、冷たいお絞りとウェルカムドリンクでもてなされます。 今回案内されたら部屋はラグーン側で、広目のバルコニーに２台のキングサイズベッド(ベッドは柔らかくなく私には非常に快適な寝心地)で、清潔なリネンで整えられています。 空調も自由に調節でき、テレビも多数チャンネル、テーブルセット、コーヒーメーカー等もあり充実しています。 独立したシャワーとバスタブを要しており、清潔でアメニティも充実しています。 朝食はブッフェスタイルで品数は多くないですが、ガーリックライス、スープ、カルボナーラ、ロンガニーザ、白身のフライ、スクランブルエッグ、コンビーフ、シリアル、フレッシュフルーツ、コーヒー、ホットチョコレート、紅茶、ミルク、フレッシュジュース等々。 早朝にチェックアウトされる場合、事前に伝えれば、ボリュームあるサンドイッチ等のリクエストが出来ます。 空港への送迎サービスも有ります。 カップル、ファミリーには非常におすすめのホテルです。

3回目の滞在ですが。roxasに来た時の常宿としてます。 スタッフは皆親切で、今回携帯充電器を忘れた為、リクエストしたら直ぐに部屋まで届けに来てくれました。また、予めサービスのミネラルウオーター2本が有りますが、水をリクエストした時もピッチャーで用意してくれました。 部屋は清潔で快適。広さも十分で4人掛けのテーブルセットが有ります。 ベッドはキングサイズで寝心地も良かったです。 テレビはケーブルテレビで多数チャンネルが楽しめます。 ホテル自体はプール併設のリゾート施設で、部屋はコテージ風となっていて、とても静かな環境です。 町の中心からは少し離れていますが、非常にお勧めなホテルです。

場所は空港からトライシクルで10分程。 周りには何もありません。コンビニも有りませんので，チョコレートなど夜に甘いものが欲しくなる様な方は事前に購入される事をおすすめします。 とは言っても10~15程の所にRobinsonがあります。 ホテルの部屋はゆったりとした造りで清潔感もありアメニティやドライヤーも整っています。 エリア内にはプールやスライダーがあり子供達が遊べる設備が整っています。 敷地内にラグーンが有り，その周りをぐるっと回れるようになっており，ちょっとした庭園もあります。 スタッフはフレンドリーでもあり礼儀も正しく，部屋に設置してある珈琲メーカーの使い方が分からなく電話した所，直ぐに駆けつけて対応して頂きました。 また空港への送迎は無料でした。 設備やスタッフなどは申し分無かったですが，唯一食事はあまり評価出来ないです。 私がRoxasに行く際は必ず宿泊したいと思いますが，食事は外で摂ると思います。 他にも宿泊した事はありま有りますが，Roxasでは一番のホテルだと思います。 ご家族連れで行かれる事をお勧めします。

Stayed at Lagoon View Suite… very nice accommodation and staff are friendly… wish we could have stayed longer…

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Food is okay, not great. you have to order an hour in advanced because they take a long time to serve. there are ants in our sink. i asked to move to another room, but housekeeping just cleaned and sprayed it, the next day, there are ants again. be careful when housekeeping clean your room, make sure they dont take any of your towels and robes. they charged us 1,800 for a missing bath robe which we didnt take, we didnt take it out the room either. and upon check out, it was missing. Keep an eye on the staff when they clean the room. there was one time also that someone was trying to get in our door. There is no microwave and small space for fridge. Only the great part is the huge pool that’s it. Will not come back again to this hotel.

Nice property. Clean and well kept. Good atmosphere. Expedia advertised the room as having king bed. But property doesn't have any king beds according to the agent.

Great amenities for family with young kids, and room is sizable with a large bath. The beds and bedding are 5-star quality. The kids loved the large pool with 2 slides. Although the breakfast buffet is just ok, the restaurant food selections for lunch and dinner are affordable and very tasty. We suggest that the free breakfast be ala carte rather than buffet. Also, the rooms and patio area should be cleared of mosquitos daily.

Th resort is aesthetically beautiful. The rooms are meticulously designed. The surroundings are clean. They have a big pool, though we didn’t use it, is a good amenity to have for families traveling with kids. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed dining at Abuelo, one of the 2 restaurants on site. Having a free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus. You can also avail of their drop off and pick up service to different sites for a fee.

A little bit far off from all other establishments but reachable by tricycle.

I think they need to do a better job of attention to detail. A few times i called front desk they relayed wrong information. Once was room service and other was a call to achedule massage services. I also know they are under renovations in some areas. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Good amenities offered and breakfast was worth it as well

Too remote,no regular shuttle to city centre,very difficult to find a tricycle on road side, It is a perfect place to have wedding

The hotel is too remote and lacks outside facilities to walk or sit. In fact I was banned by an over zealous staff from walking on the track around the golf course There is no where for residents to stroll outside. The hotel has many restrictive rules and is not value for money.

Cons: Every time our group ordered our meals, they would forget at least 1 of the items we ordered. A few time they charged us extra. They were also often out of ingredients so we could never get everything our party of 4 wanted (e.g no Halo Halo, no crab, no certain fish, etc.). The shower glass only covered less than half the shower length and no sliding door so the floor outside the shower always got wet. Not much to do in the vicinity of the resort area unless you take a tricycle or other vehicle to the city center (~20p). Pros: The room was spacious and felt very homey. The beds were also very comfy. The pool was great and not too cold. There is rentable space if you need to bring a large group.
