エイムズはオープン当初からサービスと家族向けの雰囲気を維持してきましたが、前回のチェックインでは予約を入れていたにもかかわらずホテルから遠く離れた場所に車を駐車しなければなりませんでした。それ以外はエイムズはアヤケル地区で最高です。

フレンドリーなスタッフと素敵な朝食。

滞在中に部屋の掃除をお願いしました。待つように言われましたが、誰も掃除に来ませんでした。

Room very smelly and dirty. Not cleaned properly.

Awesome. Just parking lot inside the building is very uninvited. Doesn't look like a hotel parking to me. It is wise to just park at the open parking area near the hotel entrance if you are even lucky to get one. Other than that, awesome.

I did not redeem it because its already late during check-in. 🌟 PRICE.- rm 440/night. 🌟 check in & check out.- Fast. 🌟 ROOM.- Spacious.- Flat screen TV.- Iron & hairdryer provided.- We request baby cot upon check-in. 🌟 BATHROOM.- My room comes with bathtub. But so weird the glass is facing nearby the water tap head. So difficult to adjust the temperature without you getting wet. 🌟 PARKING.- free parking nearby the hotel area. Walking distance. 🌟 BREAKFAST.- nice breakfast. Not so bad though.

Dalam banyak-banyak hotel 5 star yang saya pernah check in. So far ames hotel paling terbaik. Dari check in sampai check out layanan staff tip top. Breakfast sedap-sedap. 1 je yang kurang. Langsir dalam bilik berhabuk sangat. Maybe housekeeping terlepas pandang sebab dalam bilik pakai langsir yang double layer. Di sebalik langsir tu penuh debu-debu. Anak-anak main kat celah-celah langsir tu tengok-tengok macam dah pakai bedak dah. Bayangkan sendiri lah macam mana berdebunya habuk tu. Bahaya untuk budak-budak yang ada asthma. Dah complaint dekat kaunter masa check out. Staff say sorry and janji akan minta housekeeping bersihkan. Location jauh jugak dari pusat bandar. Sesuai untuk yang datang untuk rileks santai kt hotel tanpa perlu mengadap jem kat bandar melaka.overall semua ok. Memang akan repeat lagi.

I was satisfied with everything, except the hotel try to charge me for extra towel. I find it absurd as i've been to most 5 stars hotel in KL and all arnd msia, i've never been charged for extra towel. after confronting the staff, they didn't charge me for extra towel.

A new and well maintained hotel. Room feel luxurious and the breakfast buffet spread is good with delicious varieties. However, do note that their location is about 30 mins away from Melaka city. But they are closer to Zoo, bird park & Afamosa if that’s your thing
