玄関が汚く、ドアの前にヤモリの糞がたくさん落ちています。アパートの中はカビ臭いです。改善をお願いします。

ベッドは硬くて快適ではなく、値段に見合っていません。部屋には鏡がなく、バスルームにしかありません。全体的にはまあまあです。星2つ/5

スタッフはとても親切で、大変助かりました。

食べ物の選択肢はかなり限られています。ホットドリンクはコーヒーのみです。

ホテル側に追加料金で部屋の変更を依頼しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。

これまでのところ、部屋はきれいです。部屋のサービスも良好です。部屋に鏡を追加し、LED または白色ライトを追加するだけです。

美しい景色。 美しいビーチ。 広々とした部屋。 清潔。 欠点：マットレスが硬かった。 体の痛みで目が覚めた。

景色は最高、設備も充実

Bilik bersih, cuma yang tak best bantal terlalu nipis dan hanya sebiji bantal untuk satu katil. Kalu nak extra kena bayar RM 20 sebiji. Sekarang masih ada construction depan hotel, so a bit noisy, but overall ok, fresh air.

The room got many small ants, the chair is broken and dangerous to sit, the shower got another head no install. The breakfast not much choices, the staff collect breakfast voucher not friendly, I greet morning to her, then only she greet back.

Nothing here. Just roxy and the beach. Buildings start worn out and no maintenance. Vy soon will be in bad condition I guess.

A nice place for a peace and calming yourself after a busy day

The town house got upper and lower floor separately. The hotel did not provide WiFi for the room at town house area, but only at lobby or rooms above the lobby.

Service teruk,tolong sediakn kain lap kaki bukan pakai carpet.. Teruk sangat. Kenapa boleh black out time saya stay malam ke 2 dari pukul 11.30 smp 2.30petang.. Saya sudah bayar takkn sya duduk dalam kepanasan? Tolong improve service teruk sangat..

To be honest, the apartment was huge & clean. Please don't hesitate to book this apartment with your family. You will not regret. Don't trust bad review in Facebook.

Booked for tentainer but was upgraded to townhouse for free since there was some problem with the water pressure and heater. The food (packed breakfast food) wasn't great but overall the stay was pleasant👍

Very satisfying. Room very comfort and clean. Will come again later.
