まずはスタッフが皆温かく親切で、気持ち良く過ごせました。宿泊した部屋は他の部屋と違い独特な形をしていて、そのせいか昔ながらのパネルヒーターでは充分な暖房効果が得られず、最初は寒いのを我慢していたのですが、実は浴室乾燥機が温風ヒーターとして使えることに気づいてからは快適に過ごせました。朝食は注文してから作ってくれるスタイルで、2日とも美味しかったです。あるスタッフとは個人的な交流もでき、忘れられない滞在になりました。

Everywhere was very clean. The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The food was ok and reasonable in price. Breakfast was plentiful and served to order.

The pictures online showed a room with a bath. No rooms have baths now. Corridors in hotel were freezing, radiators were switched off. On the plus side the food was excellent and the staff were great.

The restaurant and bar were fantastic, staff so helpful and kind, beautiful setting and comfortable bed. My only complaint was tiny bathroom. 5 stars for sure!

The room was just done up it was very nice but there was an old sash window that rattled all night you could see day light out the bottom of it and the draft was terrible .

First time staying here. Hotel was well presented and staff polite, friendly and professional.

Good stay. Breafast good choice. Mine a bit disappointing. I had French toast with bacon. French toast soggy and burnt. Accommodation very good with friendly staff.

Nice room and hotel, ver slow checking no one on reception when arrived waited 15minutes. Bartender clearly saw me and didn’t ask anyone to assist until I went and asked. Very poor WiFi - unable to do any work

Friendly staff, amazing decor plenty of parking. We had a cot in out room which left the room very enclosed and tight to get around/out of the room

Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy. Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer. Some of the pipework looks a bit "vintage" but to be honest all this does is to add to the overall comfortable charm of the place. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Stay was great. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Having mobility issues they didn’t have lifts etc so for wheelchair access it’s not suitable but they did have a banister/handrail on the stairs and everything on the ground floor (restaurant and bar) was all on the same level and the main entrance is level too for easy access. The staff did help with bags to the room. I’m unsure if this is standard or because they knew I had difficulties. Overall we were thoroughly impressed
