部屋の質の割に、値段が高い ・ガタガタのベッド ・ペラペラの毛布が一枚だけ ・ドライヤーが部屋に設置されていない ・駅から遠く、丘の上 ・駅から宿までの道に階段があるので、スーツケースを持っている場合は、遠回りして坂道を登らないと着かない ・一階がレストランなので、夜もうるさい

At first, the room was not secured because there is another suitcase inside ‘My’ room when the room key was given!!!! But they prepered lunch box meal for my early check out. Not suit for travelers who have heavy luggage (many UK’s hotel are same)

Great welcome from Mo who helped with our luggage when showing us to the room. The room was small but ok for a couple of nights. You can walk to the Town centre in about 10 minutes but be prepared for hills and steps! They are everywhere. We didn’t eat an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fabulous we can definitely recommend. We didn’t see many of the staff but when Mo was on duty he was everywhere, very helpful , very busy and ever so friendly. Thanks Mo

Booked what was presented as a hotel stay at The Radcliffe Hotel only to discover we were actually placed in what felt more like an external B&B-style townhouse arrangement rather than the main hotel experience we expected. Unfortunately, the biggest issue wasn’t the accommodation itself, it was the way we were treated. On arrival, after being escorted to our room by one staff member and following agreed parking instructions, I was later challenged outside by another member of staff who questioned whether I was even a guest. Despite confirming my room number, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational and accusatory in tone. What should have been a simple conversation about parking escalated into being made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of my partner and other guests. After travelling and just arriving at the property, it was an awful first impression. I subsequently emailed management directly to raise the issue professionally and give them the opportunity to address it privately. That email has been completely ignored. For a hotel positioning itself as a premium Inverness destination, the customer service and handling of complaints fell well below expectations. We left feeling less like welcomed guests and more like an inconvenience. I’m from Inverness. I moved away and I often stay in local businesses where possible. I’m embarrassed to think guests are visiting and this is how they’re treated. I strongly advise avoiding.

Last minute business booking, great place and some view over castle

Location walkable yet far enough from downtown to not be as busy . Bathrooms were wow ! Kitchenette was new , could have used a couple more utensils. Highly recommend

The rooms were adorable. The castle view is incredible (not sure if all rooms have the castle view). The food was excellent. The staff was amazing. We stayed at the end of March, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio but it looks great.

The staff was super nice, and the hotel is in an excellent location right in town — with a view of the Castle!

Rooms were nice and clean beds really comfy never had food in restaurant as we had booked elsewhere close to all amenities would definitely stay again

Not one to leave a bad review but this one I am. We checked in and although it was Boxing Day, we were not told of any changes in services. We got to our room and had one towel. Woke up the next morning to go to breakfast and couldn’t get into the building. The info in our room said breakfast at 7:30am. We waited until about 8:30 then knocked on a door that appeared to be a live in staff member. She answered and told is the hotel was closed for the day. No food and no services. We should have been told!!! The next day, while at breakfast, the waitress yelled at us for placing an empty mini cereal box on the empty table beside us. It was not a good experience at all. I will say the gentleman who appeared to run the hotel was very nice and was kind enough to run a load of laundry for us. Just needs more communication and kindness from staff!

Great location lovely reception. However very noisy outside my room. Walls are thin. Some unfinished areas in room and bathroom

Ideal in a quiet location, clean room staff friendly.

Dirty room. Finger nails were left in the bedside cabinet and there was hair left in the bedding. There was also a horrible smell in the room.

Couple things in the bathroom was broken, room was small but otherwise fine
