Location was vary good. However, the shower room was not cleaned enough.

部屋は広く綺麗で清潔でした。夜中に飛行機の音がたまに大きく聞こえるのが若干マイナス点。

アリゾナ州立大学に通う娘を訪ねてテンピに宿泊。前回快適であった同じエリアのコンドミニアムが満室の為初めてこのホテルに泊まった。私どもはどんな旅行の滞在でもキッチン付きは必須なのだがこのホテルはまずキッチン付きで選んだ。しかしながらキッチン付きならば当たり前に常備されているような台所用品が常備されていないものが多く料理しずらかった。サイト上で朝食バイキングの口コミが良かったが、実際はワンランク下のホテルチェーンの朝食と変わらないレベルでがっかり。今回９泊したが、一度も生野菜は提供されなかった。フルーツも生のものはりんごとバナナのみであった。部屋の広さに不満は無いがバスタブの水はけが悪く、既にシャワー中だった為　自身で排水溝を引き上げたらハムスター程の毛が出てきた。 さらにこのホテルが不便な点は、金庫が部屋内に無いことである。出かける時に不必要な日本円の入った財布やパスポートなど持ち出さなくてはならず荷物が重くなり不満を感じた。 リピートはない。

空港からが遠いがＳｈｕｔｔｌｅ　Ｂｕｓｻｰﾋﾞｽがあり、ﾌｪﾆｯｸｽ滞在には都合が良い。車があれば好都合。 隣には大きなﾓ-ﾙがあり楽しめる。

Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Hotel is centrally located with a lot of options for food and shopping nearby. The kids loved the swimming pool. The onsite laundry was also very convenient for our stay. We enjoyed staying here.

Clean, plenty of parking and friendly staff

Stayed 1 night to attend my graduation - hotel was nice and quiet. Donna at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating when our room I originally booked wasn’t available.
