遅く到着したためお店も閉まっていて食事出来ずに困っていたら、フロントのスタッフが知り合いのお店に連絡してくれて　一緒に歩いて買いに行ってくれました。 いたるところで親切なとても感じの良いホテルでした。 次も必ずここにします。

深夜のチェックインになってしまいましたが、問題なく対応いただけました。多少の英語も通じたのも助かりました。フロント以外のスタッフの方もすれ違うたびに挨拶してくださり、快適に過ごせました。 場所が少しわかりにくいので事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います。また、周囲のお店はコンビニ含めてクローズが早めです。

場所がすごく良いです。中国らしさを満喫出来るエリアです。ホテル内も中国らしさ満載です。綺麗です。

文殊院の門前街にある中国の古い建物に泊まれるとても趣のあるホテルです。ホテルのスタッフの方は少し英語ができ、さらにとても親切でとても感じが良かったです。朝食はビュッフェの他にお粥と麺や野菜炒め、ゆで卵などのセット(パッケージと呼ばれてた)や、水餃子、麺なども単品で頼めるようでした。わたしは毎回パッケージにしましたが、美味しかったです。 地下鉄の駅まで歩いて10分かからず、バス停は5分もかからないところにあり、成都市内の観光名所に行きやすいです。

旅行最終日に一泊しました。なんというか、見た目はアニメにでも出てきそうな重厚な中華風の宿でとにかくびっくりしてしまいました。見た目は古いですが部屋はリフォームされており快適でした。アメニティも揃っており、水も二本フリーで不便しなかったです。朝食は簡単でしたが美味しかったです。

ホテルの周りは大規模な工事中でほこりっぽい．小ホテルのためか付いていた朝食は毎日同じ内容で品数も少ない．味はまずいともうまいとも思いませんでした．工事が終わればこのホテルは位置的にはよいので快適だろうな・・と思います．

This restaurant is located near famous temple. And surrounding area of this hotel is under construction and it was very difficult to find the entrance of this hotel. But all staffs in this hotel are very kind and courteous. I could feel Chinese traditional atmosphere in this hotel.

近くに文殊院があり、禅茶を楽しんだり、時代タイムスリップした気分を味わうのには最高です。宿の中にも茶館があり歴史に酔いしれる事ができます。タクシーは正面まで入る事は不可能ですが、依頼すれば近くの通りまでタクシーを呼んでもらえます。荷物なども宿の方がお手伝いしてくれたので助かりました。

飛行機の遅れで、チャックインしたのが深夜の２時近くになりましたが、フロントの方が出迎えてくれました。立地が文殊院地域の一角ということもあり、朝の散歩には最適です。

20時間以上のトランジェントだったので、空港近くではなく、こちらのホテルを選択。 期待してなかったけど、雰囲気は抜群に良いです。 空港からはエアポートバスで1時間程度。場所が分かりにくいのでタクシーだと少し迷うかも。 朝一の便だったので、朝ごはんが食べられなかったのが残念。

滞在したホテルは文珠院というお寺のそばにあり、お寺を中心とした門前町にある。周りもホテルも昔風の雰囲気があり、満足した。

大都市　成都の中で異色のホテルである。　市内中心部には有名ホテルが目白押しであるが、このホテルは”文殊坊”という歴史のある地区にあり周りの街並みとマッチしており、古い中国の御屋敷に泊る雰囲気である。 部屋も清潔で清掃も行き届き、アメニテイグッズもよく揃っていた。　フル－ツのサ－ビス、ノンチップ制度、フロントの対応もよかった。 悪い点は、シャワ－ル－ムの水はけが悪かったことぐらいです。 もし、再度成都に訪れても、ここに泊りたいと思わせるホテルです。

Beautiful hotel and ambience with very relaxing design. Very clean and helpful staff.

We loved our stay at the Buddhazen hotel. It is situated in a charming square set away from the street and hence very quiet. There were many restaurants and shops around. It was easy to walk everywhere including kuanzhai Alley and renmin park. Our room was fantastic. It had a sitting area, a separate bedroom space as well as a balcony. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. B’fast was very good. The downstairs sitting area is also beautifully appointed

The Buddha Zen Hotel in Chengdu is a rare find. It’s a wonderful yet inexpensive hotel in a lovely and lively part of the city, near the Wenshu Monastery. The rooms are a good size — mine even had a balcony — with good air conditioning and the ability to open windows. It is really quiet at night, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food choices. In addition, the hotel is pretty and has a lot of charm. Another plus is that the staff is super nice and helpful. My 25-year-old daughter and I stayed here five nights, and we really loved this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is in the middle of old town shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again.

Unique hotel with culture, find your inner peace in busy massive city

I had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration and the architecture of the building is great! The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel like in a movie. The buffet breakfast was great! They offer variety of Chinese dishes, veggies, noodles, buns, many options to try Chinese food. They also have western options, so you can grab a coffee, toasted bread, milk, cakes and fruits. Definitely you will find something you like here. Personally, I loved trying Chinese dishes every day, there were always something new to try (I spent 5 nights there). My room was always clean, with service every day and also they provide a delicious tea (2 varieties) 💕 I have to mention that the staff was very friendly with me, I don’t speak Chinese, but they speak English so thanks to them we could communicate perfectly. The receptionist helped me to survive in China as none of my apps worked there. The location of the hotel was great! I think I picked the best area, you feel like in a movie or anime, all the streets around are beautiful and very Chinese (I say people I stayed in chinatown of Chengdu lol). I loved so much, even walking around the corner it was an experience. The monastery is very close (maybe 2 minutes walking slowly). All the shops and restaurants look traditional. The food around is great, cheap and delicious. Also there are many coffee shops and tea shops. I recommend this hotel 100%. Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and many shops nearby.

The best hotel for the centre of Chengdu. I will stay here again when I go back! Great character, great rooms, kind staff, good breakfast. Very well located

Grande Chambre(suite) personnels très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, et surtout l’emplacement est parfait… dernier point très bonne literie et rue très silencieuse.
