The room was very clean with lots of amenities. It was spacious and overlooked the river and Honga Cave. Service was great with free complimentary drinks and snacks. If I’m back in Chongqing I will stay here again.

Great facilities, staff and service. The gym has good selection of weights and a sauna/steam room/cold plunge. Roof view on the 7th floor bar at night is stellar. Staff super responsive over WeChat.

Excellent hotel, more for business than tourism based on location, but you can manage. Not sure if it is regulation or simply management. But drinking something beyond cafe, tea, soft drinks or probably light beer is impossible before 8 PM

My stay at the Regent was thoroughly enjoyable, particularly the exceptional service. From the welcoming bell boy at the front door to the attentive front desk staff, and even the catering and room service, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The Regent provides professional and attentive service to its guests. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not inform me of my birthday during my stay. The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice.

Everyone was great. The rooms are beautiful and new. Breakfast amazing. The spa the best in china!! Joy Zhao very nice lady. And a young men in concierge with perfect English Australian accent great customer service!! I love this hotel!!!

Staff were wonderful, incredible attentive and accommodating. Rooms have a valet box so you can have things delivered and not sit in a hallway. A truly wonderful experience and will for sure look to stay here again when visiting Chongqing.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ausserordentlich! Das Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten bequem, das Bad sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sowohl an der Reception als auch der Concierge sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. ( Danke an Kent für die Hilfe und guten Tips bezüglich Ausflügen). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, es enthält alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das chinesische Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
