Clean room, grounds well kept. Restaurant staff was great and very accommodating.

Clean room with lots of space! The property is just beautiful and very well kept. The setting by a park with the hikes is a great added bonus. We saw parrots, toucans and monkeys around the property. The room was cleaned very well every day and the complimentary breakfasts are delicious!

Room is basic but nice, no drink making facilities (tea/coffee) which would be a nice touch if added. Staff are very welcoming and friendly everywhere at the resort. The surrounding nature and trail in the forest is brilliant.

Beautifully landscaped property with very clean and updated rooms. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The dining room staff person was very efficient and took care of us with a smile always.

Great place and value

We found that the bathroom at the room we requested hasn’t been cleaned, so they moved us to a different one. The swimming pool hours are a bit inconvenient (closed at 7:00 pm) usually closing time at other hotels is 10:00 pm. Would have been nice to enjoy it, bur not possible with their schedule. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful property with great breakfast

The bathroom was clogged and as they were trying to repair, dirty water came out of drain and bathroom into the room. Our room was changed eventually but we lost a lot of valuable time and had to deal with mess in room around our luggage.

Nice little hiking trails on resort. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and safe.

We booked a 2 bedroom Casita for 3 nights and got a warm welcome from Miguel, Alejandra, Jessie, Danny and Dylan who are very nice, efficient, kind and professional. Our casita is near the pool, lovely, spacious, clean, the linen, towels and bath toiletries are superb but you can hear the loud street traffic. Pool is nice with restrooms and outdoor showers. Lush gardens are fantastic. Ample and safe free parking.Room WiFi is very weak, breakfast is average.

The resort is very nice. We really liked it.

We stayed 3 nights at La Foresta Nature Resort. Convenient location to drive to Manuel Antonio (approx 25 minutes), dinner and cocktails at the restaurant was delicious and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was included and ordered off the menu. There were macaws in the morning and monkeys in the nature reserve. Highly recommend staying here

El hotel está muy bien, tiene piscina y senderos para caminar donde puedes ver monos y otros animales. Si vas por los senderos ponte mucho repelente que había mosquitos, pero en el hotel, la piscina y eso no había. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación es amplias. Le pongo un 4 porque el desayuno es mejorable, no había casi opciones dulces y era limitado. Con poco esfuerzo pueden mejorarlo mucho.

The staff was great and the property was very nice. The pool was nice, and we had macaws and other birds flying over. It seemed like every cabin had an iguana outside, which was fun. Our room was close to the highway, but this really didn't bother us. We wish we had stayed longer!

We lost water supply for half a day. No excuses, backup plan and not even a sorry for inconvenience. WIFI was spotty and electricity was also out for a few hours. Breakfast was bad and extremely slow. The grounds are nice and clean but staff was very unmotivated.
