ナガルコット中心から外れており、途中から道路は最悪。 夕日が有名なナガルコットですが、ホテルから夕陽は見れません。 わざわざあの悪路を通って来るほどではない。

建物は新しく、スタッフも若々しく、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、場所が分かりにくく、到着するのに余計な時間が掛かったのが残念です。グーグルのマップも違った場所を指しますので、改善を求めます。

新しいホテルだったので、タクシー運転手が道に迷い、到着に手間取った。 早朝、エベレストやヒマラヤ山脈に昇る日の出を見ることができ感動した。 これこそプライスレス。あるいは100万ドルの眺めだった。 Because it was a new hotel, the taxi driver got lost and took time to arrive. Early in the morning, I was touched to see the sunrise rising to Everest and the Himalayas This was priceless. Or, it was a million dollar view.

We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. We were lucky to catch a perfect sunrise and stunning mountain views from our patio. It was absolutely beautiful. We arrived at Mystic Mountain by bike and unexpectedly ran out of gas. There wasn’t a gas station nearby but Ms. Gurung kindly guided us to a place in the market area which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel, where gas is sold in bottles. That truly saved our day. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Ok hotel in great locale overlooking mountains but can only see occasionally

The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent.

Breakfast Buffet is excellent. Dinner Buffet is pretty decent. Lunch options are decent. SPA is pretty good. Staff is very good.

The property needs to well-maintained

Very nice resort like hotel, great food options, eating space, and rooms. A lot of great views from the mountain top and even from the hotel rooms with balcony's (you can see the sunrise with the mountains like Everest even from there)

Ottimo albergo in posizione eccezionale con vista sul monte Everest. Struttura notevole, camera ampia con arredamento di qualità. Buono il ristorante ed efficiente lo staff.

Vista spettacolare ma la strada per arrivarci è una sfida sopratutto con il buio. Cena a buffet interessante e in grado di soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Colazione a buffet da rivedere.

Pool and great food

Nice quiet place. Room was spacious and view from balcony was amazing. Breakfast choice was little limited.

The location of the Mystic Mountain Hotel is superb with great views but that is probably all that is good about the hotel. The property is not well maintained. The staff are friendly but they require more training in cleanliness and health and safety measures. The hotel caters for many day visitors not resident at the hotel and the facilities in the hotel are far inadequate for the number of users. There are many children but there is no children’s swimming pool and the only swimming pool is far too deep for children so the children pack themselves into the adjacent Jacuzzi which then becomes too crowded. The restaurant is extremely noisy, small for the size of the guest and you often have to brush against people to get to the buffet. The quality of the food is average at best and overpriced. Overall, this is a hotel that is too hyped and in my experience of staying there for three nights leaves me feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied of the time spent there. It has the potential of being a great place but that potential has not been reached at this time.

As always it is a pleasure to stay here. It was our second time and it was just as nice as the first. It's my happy place.
