Super helpful staff and very clean rooms. Hot water came out quickly for shower, which is sometimes a major issues for hotels. 5 stars without a doubt! マラケシュはアジア人比率は低いように思いましたが、当方以外にもう1組日本人ゲストがいました。この事からも日本人に合うホテルだと思います。メディナにも程よく近く、アクセスもとても良かったです！

3箇所リヤドに泊まったが最もポップな内装だった。立地は良いが小道からのアクセスが薄暗くやや怖い。部屋によってデザインのトンマナが異なり面白い。朝ごはんはシンプル。リヤドの方はみな親切で子供にも優しい。リヤド内で鳥が自由に飛びさえずっているのが非常に心地よかった。

初めてのアフリカ大陸でしたが、スタッフ皆さまの心のこもったおもてなしで最高の滞在となりました。

とても美しいリヤドで部屋も快適でした。リヤドには珍しくテレビと冷蔵庫付きだったため、購入した飲み物部屋で楽しめました。朝食は他のリヤドと比べて少し残念でしたが、十分価値ある滞在になりました。バーも素敵でした。スタッフの方が親切で初日のチェックイン後、ランドリーサービスの時間は過ぎていましたが、洗濯物を預かってくれ当日中に洗濯してくれました。

スタッフの方のお気遣いが素晴らしく、空港からの迎えや、屋上での夕食もとても美味しく安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Andalla. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was simple with eggs, bread, yogourt and fruit. Our one dinner was a delicious chicken tagine. The property was huge, with lots of sitting rooms and a lovely terrace. Our room was comfortable and clean. Many thanks for a great stay.

Riad Andalla Spa was fantastic. The staff couldn't have been warmer or more helpful. The place itself is beautiful, and a real haven from the busyness of the streets outside. It is also brilliantly located in the Medina, just a short walk to Jamaa El Fna, and the surrounding Souk. We loved it!

First vist to Marrakech andcstsying in a Riad property. Firstly the communication with owners was excellent throughout. We were well looked after at breakfast and the advice for visiting Marrakech was very helpful. Great property.
