本当に素晴らしいホテルスタッフ、受付、親切で要望に応えてくれて、清潔で静かです、スビアコと CBD に近いです 👍

新しいホテル、清潔で素敵な、フレンドリーなスタッフ。部屋はガラス張りでとても眺めが良いですが、中心部から少し離れた場所にあり、ホテル近くの道は少し暗いです。部屋は毎日清掃サービスがあり清潔ですが、部屋のゴミ箱はかなり小さいです。ハウスキーピングのスタッフが朝8時頃とかなり早い時間にドアをノックしてきたので少し迷惑でしたが、後で部屋を掃除するように言いました。昼と午後の2回外出した際、かなり時間がかかり、部屋の清掃依頼の札を残してしまいましたが、その日は部屋を掃除してくれるスタッフがいませんでした。また皆さんとても親切でとても満足しています

the room overall are good, I loved it! it us beautiful lifestyle design hotel. but the hospitality of the front office is not there at all! in the afternoon I asked their assistance to book a taxi or shuttle for us to the airport since we have early morning flight. In the evening after dinner when we asked have they book our taxi the girl said no she haven't book the taxi for us,while she was the one who spoke to us. how if we didn't do any confirmation? then we will have no taxi to the airport early morning. and the senior next to her he also didn't pay any attention while he was there as well in the afternoon. so I guess the guest satisfaction is not the priority?
