Bästa hotellet hittills

Väldigt trevligt och proffsigt bemötande i reception. Miljön när man kommer in till hotellet är väldigt fin. Rummet är fantastiskt snyggt och man blir glad när man öppnar dörren in till rummet och möts av en snygg inredning och en otroligt skön säng.

Bekvämt hotell

I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English.

The best hotel in Pristine The gym also very equipped and organized

One of the best hotels I have ever visited in all of Europe! Warmly recommend it for your business trips, family trips, romantic gateaways... Personell is extremely kind and helpful, breakfast rich, tasty and healthy, rooms are spacious, beds are tidy, spa zone in the basement super comfortable (swimming pool and few saunas just enough)... Lots of parking places outside, also close to a cinema and a shopping mall. My only objection is the location - a bit too far from the city center, as this is a newly established industrial/business zone. Other than that, Emerald is a diamond among hotels!

Non è la prima volta che vado in Kosovo è la terza. La prima in assoluto è stata nel 2012 e ho alloggiato proprio al Emerald Hotel di Pristina. Questa volta per assistere ad un matrimonio del figlio di un mio amico kosovaro, ho ripetuto l'esperienza e devo dire di aver scelto bene. La parte nuova dell'Hotel è fantastica. Il check in alla reception professionale e disponibile. Il ristorante al quinto piano ha personale cordiale e gentile e il cibo è ottimo.

Jag och min tjejkompis tog 2 nätter på hotellet och vi var jättenöjda. Rent på rummet, bra service, god frukost, jättetrevlig personal och fint hotell. Det enda som var mindre bra för vår del var att hotellet befann sig utanför stan, men taxi är jättebilligt så det var absolut inga problem.

Loved everything the experience was amazing I would definitely return for another stay

This was my second stay at the Emerald Hotel and I was, again, very impressed with everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the staff excellent and value for money very good. A very pleasant stay and I'm sure this will continue to be my hotel of choice when returning again.

Enjoyed the food at the roof top restaurant, superb service and quality. Swimming pool and spa good. Need taxis to go anywhere from the hotel.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Super Zimmer, super Service, leckeres Essen, umfangreiches, frisches und leckeres Frühstück. Hotel nur zu empfehlen!
