街の中心部にあり、ホテル内も清潔かつ内装も洗練されていてとても居心地の良い滞在となりました。

Good location, clean room, delicious breakfast, and I was satisfied with the equipment in the gym.

プリシュティナで一番のホテルに恥じないサービスと立地でした。部屋は落ち着いた雰囲気で、くつろげます。朝食のビュッフェは種類がたくさんあり、味も美味しかったです。スタッフもとても親切でした。すぐ近くのマザーテレサ通りは歩行者天国になっており、散歩するのにちょうどよかったです。

ロケーションと言い、部屋の設備、朝食付きと全てに最高であった。ただ強いて言えば宿泊の732号室からは街の中心部は見られなかった。

超豪華な５つ星ホテル。市内中心部のメインストリートに面しており、ロケーションは最高。ロビーも廊下も大理石が使用されてとても豪華。部屋も広くとても綺麗。レストランでの料理も絶品で朝食も豪華。何をとっても最高です。

Hotel is for sure the best hotel in town. It has had lots of famous people staying there over the years. It is located right in the center so you could not ask for a better location. Hotel itself is clean, probably modern in local standards but colors may be a bit old-fashioned in Western standards. The staff greeted us friendly from the beginning. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us a room right away. Our flight was a night flight so they even let us stay until 2PM without an extra cost on departing day. The room we stayed in was spacious with a big bathroom. It included everything you need and more. They cleaned the room daily and brought chocolate and water in the evening. The breakfast was amazing. The buffet had nice variety of bread, fruit, pastry, cheese, toppings, yogurt, and what ever you could ask for. You could also order from the menu eggs the way you like or french toast, pancakes and so on at the table. There is a spa downstairs for those interested. We only visited the gym which was great. We loved to stay in this comfortable, clean and safe hotel. We would stay there again. And one last hint. The hotel send us a note to ask for a taxi through them for 15-20 e. We took a taxi from the airport and paid 25 e. Learned the lesson and asked the taxi from the hotel when leaving.

Paikka oli hieno ja palvelu hyvä. Ainut isompi miinus oli ilmastoinnin puute. Huoneessa aoli 27.5 astetta ja tosiaan ilmastointi ei pelannut ollenkaan. Ikkunan avaamalla sai yöksi lämpötilan laskemaan, mutta sitten kadun metelit tulivat aika kovana sisälle. Kylpylä oli kiva, mutta ilmaiset juotavat siellä täysin vedellä lantattuja.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Prishtina, steps away from dozens of restaurants, shops and general people watching. But if you want to relax at the hotel there are plenty of options at the spa. Staff were super friendly as well.

Swiss Diamond Hotel Pristina has impeccable service and outstanding facilities. We loved the room and the spa. We also loved that they had turkey and chicken sausages, breakfast choices that you don’t often see in other five-star hotels. Thank you for taking great care of us during our stay!

Luxuriöses Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt, an der Flaniermeile und Hauptplatz. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt in Gehdistanz. SPA, auch wenn etwas veraltet, sehr grosszügig und gut unterhalten. Würde ich wieder buchen!

You could argue that this hotel is the best in all of Balkans, outstanding facilities, parking on premises, best heated swimming pool for sure, best breakfast buffet and so on… thx you for this experience, and let’s hope more people will arrive in Pristina for this wonderful experience.
