Dirty pools trash everywhere no one around to help no water and wasn’t notified couldn’t shower flush toilets the whole 6 days asked for a refund and was told no

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have always enjoyed my visits, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment appeared outdated and was not as clean as expected. We ended up having to do additional cleaning ourselves before settling in. The master bathroom tub was clogged, and the master sink also drained very poorly. I notified the owner of these issues, but unfortunately never received a response or acknowledgment. During our stay, the owner did message about a maintenance concern unrelated to our stay, seemingly regarding a previous guest. We were asked to either remain at the apartment or leave the key so maintenance could access the unit while our personal belongings were inside. This was not a comfortable situation for us. On the day of departure, I reached out again regarding the clogged tub and sink. The concerns were still not acknowledged, and the only response I received was confirming our departure. There were also a large number of cats roaming the property, which may be something future guests would want to be aware of. The last two days of our stay included limited water access. We understood this was due to circumstances affecting the island and do not hold the property responsible for that situation.Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness, maintenance, or communication I have experienced at this property in the past. Everything was so amazing

Amazing and clean villa and property. Helpful staff and so many things to do. We traveled with 4 kids with ages ranging from 3-13, and there was something for everyone. So many pools and nice private beach area. Convenience store within walking distance. Only down side, we stayed Monday-Friday and the large blue slide is only open Saturday and Sundays with a lifeguard on duty. We will keep that in mind for next time. The room was very clean and had lots of toys (volleyball, rackets with balls, rafts, sand toys) beds were comfortable and there were shower and pool towels with a washer and dryer. Came in handy all week long! Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

The place was nice the only thing was the pool and the lazy river pool area was not working and the pool was not clean

Todo muy bien. Ver a mi familia disfrutar el lugar fue lo más significativo para mí. Host responde siempre. Un pequeño detalle es que tuvimos que poner una cortina improvisada en la puerta del balcón ya que la que lleva estaba puesta al lado de la puerta. Si me preguntas a mí, creo que volvería.

We had a lovely stay, the property was perfect and convenient , pools were awesome! Adults and children had a great time. Definitely recommend renting a car!

There was activity’s for everyone. Pool where great an access to the beach was a plus. The apartment was as big and had think for activities, life jacket, beach chairs, cooler. Hoist was good at replying back with any questions or concerns.only issues we have is that they are very strict felt like they where watching us the whole time. Checking our car even the trunk when we came in.

Only improvements to the room I would have liked is better beds and maybe update some of the cooking equipment. The place was clean, provided outdoor equipment, and was very easy to check-in. Just a FYI the water slide and other pool fun only runs in the weekends.

The pictures make the property look more well kept then it actually is. The surrounding area is not well kept. There is gated access but we ended up cancelling our stay here.

Very nice for families. The pools were a hit for everyone of all age groups. The grounds were well maintained and clean, this April they were working on the perimeter fence. The bed was firm with comfortable pillows, we were so tired by the end of the day that we all slept great. Great AC in all rooms. There wasn’t a dish washer in our unit, so if your kids don’t do dishes get plastic cups and plates. They do have an air fryer, waffle maker, great coffee machine, grill, and a lot of kitchen gadgets. Be prepaid for your heart to break for seeing strays. Dogs rule during the day then cats rule the night. Internet and cable can be spotty. I was worried about the surrounding area, however, felt silly for worrying about it once we were there. You are close to San Jaun and El Yunque. The weather in April was perfect and no bugs! Private beach all to ourselves. We enjoyed ourselves. Went with four boys ages 7-16

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and beautiful. The pools and hot tubs were not only clean and working but very beautiful. It is very family friendly. We felt very safe with it being gated and with the guard at the entrance. Any questions or issues we had were answered and taken care of. We would definitely stay again!! My daughters we in love with the hand painting and charm of our apartment.

My family had a wonderful vacation at Aquatika. The check in was easy, all the staff was friendly and the resort grounds were well maintained and my kids loved all the pools and amenities. The only thing I would mention as a suggested improvement is with the individual unit we stayed in. I believe it could use some repairs and improvements to make a more comfortable stay. The screen door to the porch was broken and could not be used. The washing machine leaked all over the hallway anytime it was used. The kitchen was poorly stocked with mostly broken pots and very few usable items. Overall we still had an excellent vacation and the resort itself was a great value and well kept up!
