The hotel is an interesting old building that is full of character. The dining room is particularly impressive and was a lovely place to start the day with a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is well located only a short walk away from all the main sights.

2024年8月に、家族3人で2泊しました。 19世紀の商人の邸宅とのこと、建物は文化財のようで、特に朝食会場は素晴らしいです。写真では閉鎖的な雰囲気のものが多いですが、中庭と繋がっており、窓が開いていて開放的です。 朝食そのものも、フルーツが豊富で、満足できる内容です。 室内もアンティークな作りで、チェックイン時に２室見て選ばせて頂きました。バスルームは特に不便のない感じです。水量は、時間帯によって違いますが、決定的に困る感じではありませんでした。お湯もちゃんと出ます。 一度停電しましたが、すぐに復旧しました。 wifiも速く、娘はyoutubeで動画を見ていました。 ラビハウスにも歩いてすぐで、観光にも便利です。狭い路地ですがわかりやすいところにあり、ヤンデックスでタクシーを呼んでも、目の前まで来てくれました。 とにかく朝食会場が魅力のホテルです。

かわいいホテルでテンション上がります。 シャンプーやボディーソープ、タオル、ドライヤーなど基本的なアメニティは揃っていました。 朝食も種類豊富でおいしかったです。 ただ、私の部屋のエアコンから水が滴って1日目よく眠れなかったためひとつマイナスでした。次の日には直してくれました。 また、シティータックスは2024年8月時点で4ドル/泊でした。

平均的。 修繕中なのか、写真では部屋の壁にきれいな装飾が施されていたが、あてがわれた部屋の壁は真っ白だった。 トイレ兼バスルームの異臭は、水を流しても、換気扇を回しても滞在中は改善しなかった。

3人で旅したため、トリプルの部屋を探していて、立地及びかわいい見た目でこのホテルに決めました。２泊３日だったのですが、なぜか１泊目はホテルが満室ということで、近所のホテルに回されました。そこも見た目かわいいホテルで、ツインにソファベッドだったことを除けば快適なホテルでした。２泊目は、きちんとこちらのホテルに滞在。きちんとしたトリプルのお部屋でよかったですが、レセプションから遠いせいかwifiが弱かったのが残念でした。朝食は素敵なデコレーションの室内か気持ちのよいテラスで頂けます。レセプションの人もとてもフレンドリーで、立地もよく、よいホテルでした。

ホテル自体はとても素敵で、部屋もきれいでした。ただ、宿泊当日、ブハラ全体で断水だったようです。お風呂やトイレが使えず困りました。 代替のサービス、または料金の割引(チェックアウト時の支払いでした。)をしてほしかったです。

サマルカンドから、シャルク号でブハラ入りしました。 タクシーで、ホテルまで2万スム。もう少し安くなったのかな… 着くまでは、本当にこんなところにあるのか、不安になりましたが、無事に着きました。 部屋は、鍵をかけるのにコツが必要だったり、カーテンの横幅がもう少しほしい（外から見えそうだったので、バスタオルで足りない部分を目隠ししてました笑）と、ありましたが、部屋内の装飾が素敵で、トイレ、バスケルームも広く、お湯もしっかり出ました。 朝食もおいしくいただきました。 タギ、サラフォンまでは、5分くらいです。 夜、ホテル周辺は、暗いので注意が必要です。 ホテル前にあるお店で、水を買うと、ボッタくられました。 総合的に良いホテルです。 従業員も皆さん温かく、会うと必ず声をかけてくれました。又、英語がほぼ出来ない私の話を、一生懸命聞いてくれました。

スタッフ全員がとても親切。夜行列車で朝早く着いてしまったが、追加料金なしで最短で部屋を用意してくれた。サマルカンドへの移動も色々調べてくれ、チャーターしてもらったタクシーもとても信頼できるドライバーだった。伝統的なオシャレな部屋で中心部へのアクセスも良かった。

I chose the triple room. Our room was spacious and clean. I was satisfied. The owner was really kind.Before we visit this hotel I asked about hotel's facilities, because my daughter uses wheel chair. The owner was kind enough to reply and make sure that our stay would be comfortable.That's exactly! He prepared the nearest room from the entrance and arranged our breakfast at the courtyard next to our room in order to avoid unnecessary transfer. Staffs were also nice. Their English was nice and really friendly.They were willing to rearrange the location of beds in case my daughter should fall to the floor. Really nice hotel with great owner and staffs.

Superb hotel, excellent location, very very close to the main sights, great breakfast , very nice service, amazing super great historical oriental vibe and atmosphere! The outside area where you have breakfast is super cosy!! strongly recommend this one when visiting Bukhara!

What a lovely hotel! The rooms and the courtyard were charming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with multiple sweet and savory options. It was an easy walk to all the major historic sights. And the staff was unfailingly kind and helpful.

The area smelled bad

I arrived with my suitcases and was told there was no room and I was transferred to another hotel, 500M away, the room in new hotel was ok, but not what I had paid for or chosen. I believe I got bumped for a tour, but not expecting this from Expedia hotels.

Needs major remodeling.

Piccolo albergo in un palazzo del centro del 1800 e questo dà fascino alla permanenza. Tuttavia le stanze (almeno, la nostra) sono poco luminose e ventilate perché si aprono sul cortile interno, compromettendo anche un po’ la riservatezza. Ma questo è tutto ben deducibile dalle foto e dal tipo di struttura, quindi quando si prenota al Komil per il fascino d’altri tempi, se ne è consapevoli. Colazione buona, anche se un po’ carente nella parte dolce. Questione abbastanza diffusa in Uzbekistan, non capisco onestamente il motivo dato che più della metà dei turisti nel Paese è italiana e gli albergatori dovrebbero ormai aver capito che noi seguiamo una colazione dolce.
