最上階でエレベーターがないのは大変だった

Veldig sentralt og bokstavelig talt et stenkast fra gamlebyen. Super leilighet og lokasjon jeg kan anbefale til alle. Hun som leier ut ordnet med taxi fra flyplassen. Supert!

Todo estuvo muy bien. El departamento es moderno y muy comodo. La zona es cercana a todos los puntos turisticos.

Without elevator is the only point which is not satistified.

My wife and I were staying in this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment is big: a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and loft with a queen bed and crib. The place is centrally located and very near the Old town (5-7 min to walk to the promenade). Everything for the kitchen was available. No microwave, but instead there is a stove range. We asked the owner, Kristina, a broom and she supplied it right away. The only minus was no elevator, this was a small discomfort for my wife, but this was more than compensated by proximity to the sea and sand beach. Also, it wouldn't harm to add a couple English TV channels, but for me this is not important since we both use wifi. In summary, an excellent place to stay in Split!

At a 5minute walk from the old town main entrance. À lovely studio, great bed, nice bathroom. Weakest point is that it is in a third floor, without elevator, but we really enjoyed pour stay.

Lo mejor del apartamento es lo bien situado que está. Hay algunos desperfectos que habría que cuidar.

Romslig leilighet nær Split sentrum. Gode fasiliteter. Eneste minus var at den lå i 4 etg uten heis.

Preparatevi alle scale! L’appartamento è all’ultimo piano, nonché il quinto e senza ascensore, ma quando arriverete su troverete un’ottima sorpresa. Da fuori l’edificio è pressochè terrificante, ma dentro sembra abbastanza nuovo, soprattutto gli “appartamenti”. È dotato di tutti i comfort compresi asciugamani e lenzuola. Grande, spazioso. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro Perfetto per passare qualche giorno a Spalato.

Clean apartment close to split center. Good working AC. Easy check in and check out, though the check in is with Dalmatian Villa's we got a lot of handy information.

excellent apartment near the old city but proved to be a horrible experience because the owner does not understand what customer service means. not only were basic necessities like toilet paper and towels short, wi-fi did not work for most of our stay. to make things worse she asked for the payment to be made in cash and finally when we went to make the payment in cash we were told she had already swiped my credit card! she promised to cancel the card transaction when she received the cash but it went ahead and we ended up paying for the property twice- a complete nightmare. took us two weeks and several calls to expedia, creditcard customer service and the hotel owner to get our money back. i would not want anyone to suffer as we did

Hadde ei natt her i forbindelse med båt videre til Korcula. Stor, fin leilighet med koselig balkong. Ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til havn og Split by.

Man hörde mycket ljud av trafiken på gatan utanför.

Stay was good. The location is superb. Its a 3rd floor flat so it was a bit of an issue climbing (considering there was a medical condition with my wife). Flat is well maintained, however over a long stay it would help if it was serviced (at least once in 3-4 days).The wifi wasn't great and could do with some improvement. The owner is always accessible and was considerate to make our stay comfortable. The beds are a bit creaky and could have some improvement.

Beautiful apartment, short walk to the beach and park, equipt kitchen and great communication!

Awesome, nice big apartment, with washer, near walking to turism sites and train, bus and ferry stations

Huoneisto oli pienempi kuin kuvan perusteella olisi odottanut, mutta yläkerran toinen makuuhuone oli näppärä lapsille. Katu on aika vilkkaasti liikennöity ja liikenteen melu kuuluu sisälle tosi kovaa, ellei ikkunaluukkuja sulje. Sänky oli notkolla ja vähän epämukava. Henkilökuntaa ei näkynyt, mutta puhelimitse omistajan sai aina kiinni ja tämä puhui hyvää englantia ja järkkäsi mm. kyydin lentokentälle. Sijainti oli tosi keskeinen, Marjanin puistoon, rannoille, laivasatamaan jalkapallostadionille ja etenkin vanhaan kaupunkiin lyhyet kävelymatkat. Kauppojakin on kivasti ihan kulman takana. Siisti ja uudehko asunto. Hyvä huoneisto, mutta kovin meluherkille en suosittelisi. Ulkoa talo on aika karun näköinen, mutta sisältä siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Esittelykuvissa näkyy naapuritalo.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Plenty of room. Good kitchen. Good prompt service from letting agent.
